The paint sucks. It is kind of slow. It does not work with a mac, but you can send media through bluetooth.

I have a question about this XDA mini s, i have had the phone for about three days and have purchased a 1gb mini sd card for storage. The only thing is, i have put video's on my sd card, and when i use media player for playback, it runs slow with the visual being spikey and stuttery. does anyone have a solution to this problem?
thanks in advance,
DumWho?

Its a nice looking phone but I have couple of problems with it. It keeps locking up and it has to be rebooted regularly to fix this problem. I randomly miss calls, i answer it but it sends the caller to voicemail. There is no backup/restore option so if are not syncing with Outlook (i.e. you don't use Outlook) you'll have to go an buy an extra bit of software to back it up.

for those people wanting to change the text message alert on their o2 xda mini it is simple (applies to all notifcations). First find which file you want to use as the tone if mp3 use a mp3 to wave converter to change its format to .wave (only wave files an be used) as far as I am aware. Then connect the xda to your pc and browse the mobile, for the windows directory. Once you have opened the windows directory copy the wav file you have selected and paste it into the windows directory on the xda. Once this is done close down explorer on the phone and open settings, then notifications. Select which event you want to apply the changes to then open the box below the file you have placed on the xda should be there, select the file and that is it simple.

I found a review that suggest that this phone might lose its memory if the battery runs right down.
I think the phone is the same as the iMate Kjam? The review here
http://www.lordpercy.com/imate_kjam_review.htm
says this "we can almost manage 2 days before the battery warnings appear. Whatever you do make sure you top up at this point as letting the battery run flat will lose applications stored in the volatile memory"
That worries me as I need to ensure that no data is lost and my P910i has run down several times. Is it true? If no-one knows, maybe some kind soul could do a backup and then let it run down, then leave overnight and see what happens?
Many thanks
Brian

To those posters confused about having the z and y keys swapped. Basically you have somehow ended up with the German version of the Phone. German keyboards have this layout.
This is not the case for all examples of this device, only ones intended for the German market.

This is a really nice phone...The PC sync, the outlook synchronization is marvellous ..This phone on active sync is user friendly..Its sound quality is awesome but windows MP 10 doesnt support large video files smoothly..the qwerty keyboard is an add on to ppc's. third party software for video plays videos extremely well with great clarity n fast motion search even in higher bit rates..1.3 MP awesome image clarity. Bluetooth is though a bit slow n this phone n it doesnt have software 4 playing flash files.. All in One this baby is a complete marvel n im really happy 2 have this phone. Its LOVELY
