Why don't you try to unlock the bootloader and flash a custom rom? There are some available for this model, which is one of positive things about this phone.

Using OnePlus 11 nearly a year there's bunch of issues like camera app have bad light balance, ultra night mode is always on can't turn it off you have to go to pro mode if you want night picture look as it's made at night, messenger b...

It's surprising to hear about such issue for a phone with a little high price like this as I've used a couple of cheaper phones and never experienced line issue on display. Lucky you that you have service center around your area.
