Is it worth upgrading from 11?
16/512 is ample or 16/1TB?
Isn't 24 gigs of memory an overkill?

Thanks.

Why is everybody complain about the price? 799$ for me is a good price for what this is offer. I guess people want oneplus always keep their price at 600-650$ like 7 pro's price in 2019, but 650$ in 2019 worth around 790$ these days if we consider the inflation. So basically they keep the price for their best product almost the same as 2019. By the way, with 799$ you can only get S24 with 128GB storage and for me the base S24 offer less than Oneplus 12 can. Yes maybe this Oneplus is no longer what we use to love, but come on, complain about this price with the specs they give you?

All of these marvelous specs and improvements fall flat if you cannot stop your display from rainbow banding and shifting colour under angle. I have the OP11, and whites shift to pinks even under a minute tilt. If we look at the snapshots in the review article, you can see rainbows all over them. That is difficult to justify at this point.

I itterly replied to myself confirming the back of the phone was a textured grippable marble.

Yes it isn't listed in the specs, but the back of the phone did not look like the smooth glass that makes Phones slip out of my hands easilt. videos and reviewers can confirm it is a textured grippy glass.

But since It was not listed in the specs I asked here and then looked up videos on it. Then litterly found my awnser isntnatly hence my reply to myself.

Global release of OnePlus 12 was an absolute let down imho.
Max 16GB/512GB and IP65 water rating makes the OnePlus 12 look not so attractive compared to other recently released phones with similar type specs and IP68 rating.
Absolutely glad I purchased the CN Silver 24GB/1TB version before the overpriced Global release.

That's some massive improvements really impressed with it

So tired of curves screen gimmicks. Serves no practical use and im passing for this reason. Stinks because i like all the specs just that annoying curved screen. So ill stick with samsung one more year but i really wanna get away from them they have become super nasty anymore on multi levels. Please Oneplus drop flat edge to edge screen phones.
