SOMAYU, 16 Jul 2024Haven't experienced issue 1, but I just now noticed is... moreIt happens every time you try to do a vertical scroll after a horizontal scroll or a horizontal directly after a vertical scroll. After 6 months of using the device and since i am using it very quickly, i have used to always scroll two times in the home screen in order to perform one action each time. Lol. Really amateurs they cannot solve such a simple software bug.
By the way the freeze when switching apps instead of being resolved has become even worse with the latest software update.

You can even feel a 1-2 seconds delay/freeze every time you switch apps. Unacceptable for a flagship device. Unfortunately the software of this device is worse than a 200 hundred euro device and it is not recommended since the issues/bugs remain unsolved.

Bruh I have both the phones right now, the One Plus is much faster and wayyy smoother than the 14 plus. What rock you living under lol? One Plus 12 compared to the iPhone 15 series when it comes to performance and smoothness.

i absolutely love this phone
but one thing that keep bothering me is the size and weight are too big and heavy + thick
and its super slippery so using case is a must :( + added weight on already heavy phones
i haven't fully got comfortable holding it
phones never heat up during use
battery lasts forever

OP really stepped up their game with OP12. I bought this phone without much expectations but damn this has exceeded my expectations by a long margin. Except for the average camera, the overall ui and smoothness are almost as fast as an iPhone 14 plus. The display is by far the best. And yes! It's brightness and sharpness are better than the iphone 14 pro. Again the camera is the only disappointing thing.

On main camera it has both 60 and 30 fps at all 3 resolutions.
@8K , 24 fps only.

Does OnePlus really not have 60 FPS recording resolution for the front camera? I read several comments on the internet that the front camera can record upto 4k 60fps

Had both this phone and the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and the OnePlus is better. Better battery life and screen. More realistic colours in the camera and more detail. Missing out on tele-macro but for the price difference it's not worth it. OnePlus will be my go to brand now.

So far, it only seems to happen if you're scrolling horizontally on the home screen, and you swipe up suddenly to pull up the app drawer. It's not a deal breaker, but I gotta admit it does bother me a little now that I'm experiencing it myself.

I don't think there is a solution to that, to my knowledge.
Btw I totally agree that it is a true flagship product and probably the best OnePlus device, till now!!

Using this OnePlus 12 Past 6 months & I've Indian Variant I'M big Fan of this brand. just buy this particular ph. B'coz OnePlus start support eSim & after so many updates I thought eSim would be available in this model but now I heard OnePlus only providing eSim support in EU & US variants only.
Is this Indian Variant issue or something else...¿
