Ok, I get the fact that using an in screen fingerprint scanner, probably requires you to have the screen on, so the light can scan your fingerprint, but to me, this is BACKWARDS "innovation". On phones with scanners on the rear, place your finger on the scanner, it unlocks & turn your phone on. Now, you are required to turn the phone on, THEN press your finger on the screen, and from other sites it sometimes takes one or two presses for it to work.
Not to mention removing the notification LED...Oppo saving a buck along with the headphone jack "oh, we can use a bigger battery" LOL, yeah, removing that super tiny jack allowed for a bigger battery.
Out of the gate, as with EVERY Oppo manufactured OnePlus, it will be fraught with bugs requiring update after update to correct. So, save yourself a few weeks to a couple months before purchase.
I'm not saying it is a good or bad phone, but, from past phones built by Oppo for OnePlus, the first off the line has the most issues. For their sake, they better have them corrected because T-Mobile will drop them like a hot potato if people start bringing them back to the store for a REFUND.

    - very small battery. (we need a big battery, no fastcharging)
    - no sd card
    - no radio
    - no 3.5 jack
    - no notification led
    totally indifferent, thanks oneplus but you did not do something different.

                      The oneplus 6T has none of the following....

                      No dual speakers
                      No waterproof and dust proof rating
                      No wireless charging
                      No headphone jack
                      No AOD
                      No led notification light wtf
                      Gimmicky under screen fingerprint scanner which ain't perfect

                      Who would buy this crap when you can get a S9 now for a similar price which has alot more or other phones also,hell I'd rather have a LG G7 than this rubbish.

                          I love almost everything about this new 6t. I just wish the phone had telephoto lens for its secondary camera. But again the new upgrades from the oneplus 6 is nicer.

                              even Pixel devices device get upgrade for only 3 years.
                              So no can compare iphone and android head to head.

The point is, this phone has flagship performance for half the price. The internals (SD845, RAM, storage) and performance are the same. Why would I pay double more to get a phone with the same SoC?
