Feedback after three months' use: couldn't be happier. Running CM12S. Phone is super responsive. Battery life is very impressive. I had a Samsung GSIII before this, and the OPO is better in all respects (although removable battery would have been nice). It's a delightful device that meets or exceeds all my expectations. If you are looking to buy an unlocked Android phone, I unhesitatingly recommend this one.

Thinking of buying!!, 01 Jun 2015I'm thinking of getting this phone from Amazon, just one do... moreAmazon will take the mobile back even if you used for some days,but you have to file the return with in 15 days from the date of delivery.Only retrun/refund no replacement.
Oneplus After sale service is very bad in india it will take some time to give good service.
Mobile is very good but i have seen some issues with the heating while charging or on data network ,Power button and camera performance.

Are there service centres in India , Mumbai ?
If yes , is the service good ?

Brilliant crisp display 480 ppi however mentioned as 401 ppi, battery lasts more than 15 hrs with onscreen time of 6 hrs. Upgraded to Yng1tAs17l official lollipop CM 12 and the phone is now butter smooth , has excellent quality of chips and camera is 89/100. High end specs come alive ..and the rest of the people complaining , you must have done something wrong with your phone that you are cribbing today ... 94% of people have not faced issues, people who have , they have cut copy and pasted content from the other website....

i dont know why some reveiws are so bad about the phone. i m using since 15 days but not a single bug i could find. u might be getting some problem but you must hv got defective product. but please even if i know oneplus two is coming i returned my zenfone 2 4gb/64gb and took this. n i m very happy with the phone except battery life that is literaly can be improved by software upgrade as in kitkat battery life was great.

Plus one mobile looks good. But Quality is bad. Within 4 days of Mobile, it suddenly switched off,and not getting start anymore. Service is Very bad. The Number mentioned on booklet
does not work. Bangalore no ..nobody picks.
On asking Noida support center,they say 1/1000 may be fault and advise to retur,where as other project product quality in 1/1 million fault,may be. Pl away from it
