I nought oneplus one several months ago. Still with cyanogen written on the back. All was well except touch is buggy as hell. It doesnt register touches properly. I'm contacting their support to exchange it by RMA to maybe new revision and maybe there the touchscreen sensitivity is fixed. If they exchange it and it is atill buggy I will forget about this brand for vood. :(

I have been facing the following issues for a while now. And today, my phone has completely gone worse and looking for a replacement.
1. The Speaker and microphone are not working. I am not able to use the phone for calls.
2. The phone gets hanged when I open the contacts and displays a alert 'Unfortunately process has stopped'. The bug has been reported many times and No notice or solution for the same yet.
3. The battery is really bad that I have to keep the phone in charge almost every 2 hours.
4. The Phone gets heated up badly after using it for call in 5 minutes.
5. Most of the apps display 'Unfortunately stopped' alert almost always,!
6. The phone gets hanged on apps most of the times.
7. The software is really screwed up that the phone speed is really bad.
I was waiting for solutions of my bug reports or software updates but in vain. Moreover it really sucks that I could not find any customer care contact number.
I am really fed up my phone now and looking for fix or replacement immediately as it is affecting my career in a bad way.

The phone doesn't get warm unless you are running every app you have at the same time ..and every phone does that.
Error reports ...hahahahaha you have been installing things you shouldn't ... mine runs perfectly and for days without charging ... better than my nexus 5.
As for business risk ... what are you talking about? You sir are a fool. Lollipop (android 5) encrypts everything on the phone .. so if it's stolen or lost and you send a message to the phone to lock it .. that data is completely safe.
This is a great phone, you certainly should consider it if you are looking for a high spec, fast, very slim but cheap phone ...

its a gr8 phone i have been using it for about 6 months now.... cyanogen mod is lightning fast.... and the built quality is really awesome....u will just love the sandstone finish at the back... no lags at all , no hanging , camera is just awesome... if u zoom in , pointing to a cloth in the camera app.. u can see every single thread of that cloth... it is probablly the best phone in this price range...
