This is monstrous. Three weeks and its fast, furious and awesome. I have also updated it to Cyanogen 12 and it has got better.

does any face problems after update of cm12s
stock launcher hangs every time i open it
when i install different launcher it says not responding
some time flash light gets activated even when it does not shows it in the option
very dissappointed by cm 12 :(

Pros:
UI changes
Smoothness
Camera quality
Cons:
Battery drain(12s O/P= .75x 11S)
Ram management got worse. Now only 1.3 gb free as compared to 1.7 gb free earlier with same number of apps running.
No audio through 3.5mm jack while using music player(occasionally)
Occassional hang
Notification panel was better in kitkat
'Ok oneplus' not working as expected
