I read a lot of review about bad call quality that audio volume is low during call (sometimes difficult to hear in noisy surrounding like in bus), is that fixed now after lollipop update or its still same problem?

Worst Peice i had been suffering the prob. of touch and service centre bloody taking time to rectify the same. Its been one month the fone is with service centre

I dont use the oneplus one but I know how to fix your problems: USE THE STOCK BUILD FOR THIS. Oxygen OS is meant for oneplus one. and CM 12 is a lot different. Its like making a Lumia 735 android and complain about everything.try using stock os and not something not built by the people who built it. Oh, and if you want to argue with me, come back if you tried switching from CM12 To Oxygen Os

First off let me say that this is THE BEST phone I have ever owned by some distance. I don't understand how people can give bad reviews for this device. It is OUTSTANDING!!! in so many ways. The price, the specs, the battery is incredible. No SD slot? who cares its 64GB. I have had this phone for 6 months and it is amazing. Fast, no lag on heavy games. CM12 is brilliant. Love the customization.
Yes OnePlus is an unknown brand. You can get faults on any phone you buy. I am happy with my option. More than happy 10 out 10 from me. Happy UK user :)

i have been using onplus one for a while now..its software is exceptional..pretty satisfying multitasking, as it is a major priority for me. One big drawback i found was regarding the device getting hot on charging. This is kinda bothering me as i fear it might someday get the battery or the other hardware malfunction. I hope the company finds a solution for this asap. Otherwise its a great deal..the music is awsum nd a decent enough battery life

I have had OnePlus One for a week. I can tell you this: these guys mean business. Nothing, nothing in this phone points to it being a 'typical Chinese-make.' It is slick, light, and efficient. It has reasonable battery life. (I used it for 36 hours straight, to exhaust the battery, full use) If there's anything more that people can put in a phone, I don't know about it.
Buy it. You will be a convert for life.

i dont get it, i bought this phone about 2 months ago and it's still working fine, are those negative comments really ever had this phone or are they just attacking blindly??
