The display is too fragile and cracks very easily which will cost you 12.5k to replace the panel. Looking into public forums and number of display panels purchased, it looks like display cracking issue it too common with this mobile.
The service is too pathetic and frustrating, they are like bots that say we can help you and we cant do anything.
I was very exited when I purchased this mobile and now I very much regretting for purchasing it. I will never recommend this mobile to anyone.

Very pathetic experience!!!!!
The display is too fragile and cracks very easily leaving the touch to get unresponsive. Replacing the screen costs you 12.5k. Looking into the forums and number of one+ diplay panels purchased in online sites, seems that many peope are facing this issues.
Service (in India) is poor and frustraing...
I was a very exited when I purchased this mobile, now I regret purchasing it. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!! From my personal experience, I will never reccomend purchasing this mobile to anyone.

HANGING PROBLEM!!!!!!!
Generally, I switch many times on Magnification Gesture. Its been just one week since I bought my new One Plus One and it started to hang while using this feature.
To cross check if the issue is only with my phone, I checked with one of my friends who is having the same phone. The problem does exist on his mobile as well.
