The phone get shutdown automatically and frequently with no reason and wake after one hour time automatically.

Here is a simple fact. This is a new company with just one cellphone model out in the market. I recommend only power users to buy this phone as Cyanogen OS has too many customizations and a few bugs which normal users can't figure out. must of the general users end up screwing the settings and then they complain about it. Since this is a new company there are risks involved in buying these phones. Please pay attention to the specifications and others details like servicing etc in your country.
Buy what you need and don't bicker about it of you have screwed up. I have had this phone since last 2 months and there are no problems in it. The Devil is in the details people.. Party attention to it..!!
