    I've tried it for a full day and those two telephotos are amazing , also their new AI for photos is revolutionary

      looks like OPPO is finally back to its former glory.

        This as 7-8 inch phone with 7-8k mAh cell would be very impressive and 160W charging speeds or so. Right here right now among all phones recently unveiled with that new Si-Ca battery this does not looks as much impressive as others.
        But camera side looks luxurious.

          Iqoo 13 with a single telephoto and just 50 mm is going to be better than a find x8 pro with double telephoto and one of them telemacro? Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha how funny are people who don't know about technology, that's you!!

              Bigger battery, charging speeds, megapixels cameras etx. You cant put all that into a small phone. Just not possible.
              From bigger screen is easy to read and easy to type.
              Many else examples.
              7-9 inch phone would be nice not interested in square tablets which i cant fit into pockets.
              But a for example 120mm wide and 240mm tall phone is something else. and not more than 10mm thick nothing rugged i always can buy a leather book case good screen protector is a must for me flat screens above average cameras and 120W or better charging speeds.
              Still waiting for BV100 to be available and ready for cell phones, EV cars, Smatwatches then said SiCa can go nuts.

                Cpt.Power, 29 Oct 2024Well yes i agree ad understand but my personal preferences ... moreSi/C are an incredible improvement over what we have been using, and from what ive seen, most other companies that use this tech, pretty sure huawei were the 1st and one of very few, that use 5400-5600 sized SI/C batteries not over 6k.

                "silicon-carbon anode can store over 10x more lithium ions enabling higher energy density" thats vs how Li-po or li-ion batteries. Also only other phones i see with huge batteries (in the flagship market) are basically gaming orientated phones with the rest of the phone other than speakers being awful (cameras etc)

                I also think its possibly maybe in certain markets they have laws with how big a device can have a battery on planes etc, laptops have this limit even though they could fit far bigger batteries.

                Get an older gen iphone pro max or galaxy Ultra model if you want a flagship with bigger than the rest screens or invest in a tablet that will be cheaper and bigger than buying a £1000+ device (only advice, you do you matey 😊).

It makes lot of stress, heating etc. Si-Ca batteries are okay but some other brands managed to put 6500mAh cell into a same specced and sized device.

                      Cpt.Power, 28 Oct 2024Everything is okay but battery, charging speeds and a scree... moreIts using the Silicon Carbide (Si/C) tech for the battery, far better density and recharge life than li-ion or li-po tech so its battery is a top end feature. 80w charging with this battery should still be 0-100% in about 30 mins, so faster than 99% of all mainstream phones and 6.7inch screen is just about managable for very few people, I'd say about 6.4 inch is the perfect blend between useability/handling and screen real estate (comfortable to watch things while holding the device and dont need to strain to see it). The last point is more a personal preference.

                        Esims, 26 Oct 20242024. No E-sim? Wtf Oppo?It's probably china-exclusive. They don't use e-sims there. There will be global release. It will probably have e-sim.

                            Oppo phone's are becoming the smartphones in the world 🌍 Chinese brand phones surpassed the American and European smartphone so fast!
                            I wish this oppo find X8 pro will arrive here in my country Niger 🇳🇪 it has a satellite 📡 connectivity which makes it very cool and and smarther phone 📱

                              I'm surprised & appreciate the way oppo & Sony investing their time on Periscope lens. Pixel 1st realize telephoto is more important then ultra wide, they implement it on pixel 4 series & failed.
                              But companies like Xiaomi step back from custom rom & bootloader unlock is such a shame!
                              Custom rom is one kind of beauty of Android.

                                Everything is okay but battery, charging speeds and a screen should be definitely bigger.
