Newly bought oppo neo 7. Updated its software and its update turns upside down. What to do? The seller of the phone doesnt want a replacement eventhough they said that it can be replaced within 7 days. (still in good condition, does not havw any scratch or what) Bought the phone last december 29 2016 and the problem occured at dec 30 around 11am. Went to the store again to complain but they want us to go to the main office of oppo.

After volte update(version_ 161222)cant be make a video call by phone dialer.
Whats happen?
Tell me something about this problem.

The Oppo neo7 phone camera is to good but battrey backup & hanging issue since long time and same I have already update many time from servic center & also replaiced the Motherboard,Touch. but problem has been same and I am not agree with this phone.
It"s a very poor product.

Facing problem regarding calls.... After connecting . call is being automatically cut after 4 seconds...please help

This phone doesn't mash up its price. Just yesterday I got up for a rude shock when it couldn't charge. The power button couldn't work. Its just a month since I bought the phone. Am unsure of its behaviour after six or so months. I give you 2 🌟

The phone works just fine even though there are multiple operating apps at the same time. The Camera's resolution is good and does not lag that much. The network connection is reliable (of course the speed dpends on your ISP). Just one thing. Replacing the sim card is quite a tough job to do. It's sim slots is quite tight. But other than that I would give this phone 4.5/5 stars

Navin, 26 Dec 2016Why this phone is not connecting with computer laptop .I am... moreWhile connecting the usb to computer, the notification bar will show in which mode is connected, check that files is selcted or images is selected (in default files is selected) in that notification it shows charging is enabled or not. if charging is enabled click on the notification and wait for sometimes. it will connect.

Hereby, i said that Jio4gVoice is not required to make calls and message. it is unusable after volte update......!

I am using Neo 7. Before updating a33fex_11_201612220711, the Jio sim was working perfectly, but after updating, in Jio4gVoice, first showed (Chat and SMS), and now it shows "unable to detect Jio sim with which Jio4gvoice is configured", in dialer section, it shows calling is disabled here as it is available through the phone dialer....pls give a solution
