Im having probs with java installs..
I've been trying to install java apps (example from getjar.com) and everytime i get to the point where the phone asks to intall.. I press install and it just prompts me with the red exclamation point with the note 'COULD NOT FIND'
can anybody help?
its seems to be the same problem regardless of the jar/jad source

note: the mp3-player can only list the first 99 songs from the mem and only from them you can create music albums.. the exceeding songs can be single-played trough file browsing but can't be seen nor selected from the player application. i have more than 100 songs and I created several playlists (albums) from them by first creating the playlist from the first 99 then i delete these mp3-files from the mem and create other playlists from the mp3s that iv'e left in the memry. when all lists are created just then recopy all the deleted files back to the memcard or fonememory.. the path of the files should of course be the same as when u did the albums for the playlists to work.
note: I've tried playing mp4 files most work some doesnt.. ive noticed that th fone only recognize and play files that are not bigger than 100Mb iv'e viewed even full movies but i had to divide the into several files to get them smaller..
some files just doesn't play even if theyre small enought.. to recognize somehow, these mp4 are also not compatible with the older quicktime.

monty: yeah, i did experienced the slow-response when typing messages. but now, i already get used to it. otherwise, this phone sure works superbly. oh, try using t9 for messaging next time.
__ : to install java, you need to upload the java file (.jad) into the internet. then download it using wap. eventually, after you dl-ed the file, it will prompt you to install it. install it and you have the app under java section.
__ : mine comes with 64mb. RS-MMC
Austin : i think they might have it you have to buy it in the web. ebay?
__ : i always make the picture size smaller. and i noticed that the image size can't be larger than 1mb. or else i will read as big file.
** but nevertheless, i still enjoy using this phone. love it.

Hi, I just want to ask if anyone knows where I can get a car charger for this phone??
By the way, this phone is a magnet. I love everything about this phone, the only problem is that it doesn't have a shuffle function for the mp3 and video files i have. 1gb memory card fits a long of files and sometimes it is hard to find that one particular file, otherwise love it!

can someone please help me..
when i get a picture transferred to the phone and the quality is 1024x768 pixels the phone give me message of " bad file or too big" it cant open a big file like that? is there a way of opening them n shrinkin them?? thank you for any help

the security code is in the manual.. i've changed mine already but the original should be something like '1234' or '0000'. press on the same button '#' for a while until it asks the code.

I've had the fone for about 3 weeks now, I live in finland and on my visit in HongKong.. looks great, the mp3-player works well, superb audio quality on the earpieces, I totally don't miss my old mp3-gadget. that's the main reason y i got it.
I'm having difficulties on typing, does anybody else experience slow-responce of the keys?(please reply on that)
the fone function very much as advertised but somehow slow on processing.. mine doesnt support scandivian characters such as Ä,Ö and Å, does anybody is this fixable here in europe (self install trough the net?)?
the camera is just like any other fone-camera.. good thing to have in your pocket just don't rely on it on your wedding day..
I'm raelly bummed bout the typing!! exam: to get the letter 'F' you'll have to hit the 3 presses really slow coz doing it as u would with a nokia will just end u up with the 1st character'D'!!
the fone is nice and eye-catching.. get it you dont SMS much otherwise it works fine.

i ve had this phone for a few months and i m from the US... the reception is good... its not the best but good... t mobile settings for the wap can be found anywhere on the web.. just look for it in google. i need help with one thing tho... java. i need to install some games but i dont know how i can do that. i use the software but i still cant figure out how to install some of the games i have. i know they wont play perfect on the phone but i wanna atleast see which ones work. If anyone here has that figured out, then please please email me. krazyballa9@hotmail.com ... if i cant figure this out then i might just sell it the phone and get a k 800.

yes, the phone does vibrate and ring together if you want it to. The vibrate is strong therefore you won't miss any calls, my last phone (the Razor) had a horrible vibrate feature. If you have any questions about the phone feel free to send me an email ill do what i can to answer it.

just received this phone, and i love it! looks way nicer in person. i definitely reccomend this phone to anybody whos willing to spend the money.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the T-mobile WAP or messaging settings for this phone. I've found settings for other phones, but because this one isn't availabe in the US nowhere seems to have the settings. Thanks for any help.
