I imported the Exynos version and I am amazed at this phone. The battery life is excellent (hopefully even better when L arrives!). Even at very low brightness setting you can see everything clearly on the beautiful display. Just discovered Autodesks sketchbook app (you get the full version as a free gift!) and sketching is unbelievably close to the real thing. Spen is a joy to work with. Worth every penny!

AnonD-314503, 11 Oct 2014LOL! What a hater's sarcastic reply. Its very true if only ... moreNo it wasn't sarcastic I literally meant it because you made the assumption that I cared about benchmark scores. I never said that, you said that. You care about benchmark scores and you need validation for your insecurity of having invested in a phone only for another to come out and basically claim phone of the year.
now you can't brag to your little friends that you have the best phone now. I'm sorry you're phone dictates your self esteem. On theat NOTE, I've pre ordered this and guess what buddy.. I'll have a better phone than you. LOL

        See how sad it is?
Have an opinion but NEVER FOR GET IT'S PLACE In your HEAD, and If I want your opinion ill ask for it. Otherwise why not try to contribute something useful the the comment section. Rather than the babbling opinion of some insecure guy/gal.

Its very true if only ... moreironic that Ifans were the ones saying that benchmarks dont mean anything but now when the benchmarks are in their favor, they're waving the banner...so im going to say the same thing Ifans said last year...only real world experience matters...how you use it and what you're doing with it are the only things you should measure.

I agree with Thom, comparing the 6+ to the Note 4 is like a PC to a console...the Note 4 can do so much more than the 6+...If your in a pinch and need to get things done, the Note 4 will get you there faster. You can get thing done in the 6+ but the Note 4 does it quicker and lets you enjoy your experience while doing it (not having to switch between screens to get numbers...etc...)

"Performance is buttery smooth aside from a half a second wait when you tap the recent apps button (but probably just nitpicking here - the same task on the Nexus 5 running stock Android takes exactly the same rime)."
                  In other words, LAG!

Firstly it's all about preference as I've said and you've said... hence can you see the pointlessness in arguing over what's better because it's entirely subjective and each person hold different qualities at different levels.
Secondly you say about updates and such but guess what even if samsung were really slow with updates (flagships are priority) I could just as easily flash a custom rom on it, I don't have to settle with what's in my hand, I can make almost like an entirely new phone. Can you do that with an idevice?
Lastly when I buy a phone I don't particularly care about resale value in fact it's not something I'd even consider, this shows the sort of psychology that people who pick iPhones with this in mind are literally doing so to folow a trend.
I've been in to following myself.

Yeah, Note has just higher screen resolution but look at the compromise in graphic performance, it doesnt even come close to iPhone 6 in terms of perceived FPS, hence less fluid in gaming and graphic intensive apps. Well anyway, android doesnt have design aesthetics in apps and they have less apps in tow so their users cant realize it. Bending feature, thats fine rather than having ugly samsung, ohh, look at your name, waiting for samsung beauty, then goodluck waiting for a lifetime.
