My preference is for the Nexus 6 and therefore from my perspective the best option for me. Is that truly that difficult to understand? Not sure I could make that any simpler to comprehend. Pure android, no bloat, does everything I would want, great build quality, very good camera, fast updates and did I say, no bloatware. It may not be the best phone, the best is relative, but it is the phone I like best of all current options!

I simply try not to store anything special until Ubuntu phones arrive mate. There is nothing called safe smartphone nowadays :)

Always nice to read discussions between people who are seeing things from incomparable angles :)
Let's face these facts:
- Note 4 beats Nexus 6 in terms of specifications and performance in many areas
- build quality is comparable
- looks: beauty is the eye of the beholder. Let's not try to make a matter of perception and personal preferences a matter of facts
- user interface: idem dito
I KNOW that the Note 4 is the better phone of the two in terms of overall performance. Still, I can't help myself liking the Nexus 6 better. And I'm pretty sure I'll buy it in the near future.
My reasons:
- I like the design better
- I'm totally in love with vanilla Android
- While knowing that touchWiz might have improved lots, I STILL don't like it

I am one of the most talented programmers among my age and I definitely prefer Note 4. You guys make me laugh so hard when you pretend to be a tech nerd just because you know how to flash roms, etc. The usability and the hardware of note 4 is way ahead of the Nexus. If you are so eager for miliseconds of speed just root your note 4 and make it way faster than Nexus. Just because you guys like to pretend to be tech nerds and achieve this by claiming the opposite of what is obvious does not make any of your propositions right. Note 4 is real nerds' choice sonra deal with it!

I like the Moto more. I love Samsung but the touchwiz really slow down the phone after a couple of months.
But lets see, the next iteration of touchwiz seems interesting

The removable battery suites my heavy usage. I think really being able to pocket the Note 4 than a Nexus 6 is a lot more convenient.
Having all those features really is worth spending on the Galaxy Note, than a Nexus that's inconvenient to carry, which has less battery power. Nexus 6's fast update isn't the most revered thing why anyone would want to get it.

But there is nothing wrong with comparisons. Like the article says it's comparing Google's latest and greatest offerings in the Android world and phablet to Samsung's latest and greatest to the Android world and phablet.
The Note 4 just happens to be an unstoppable force at the moment.
But you can compare any two devices. The idea people have that two devices have to be released at the same time and equally matched to be compared is silly. Comparisons are not simply to see who has the better specs. There is countless reasons to compare things.
Each has different appeal, price points, offerings, technology, and all the works.
Even if you know one is overall better ahead of time there is still all the aspects to compare and see what does what and what appeals to which crowd.

But yes. Touchwiz can be aesthetically nice. And it is the most advanced UI. And has never been as buggy or laggy as everyone claims.
And on the flip side all the others have never been as perfect as they claim.

Simply Nexus6 should not be with Note 4 in same article about compare specs, last new tech, and productivity.

who said that Touchwiz is laggy or not beautifull.they are those who use old Galaxy S2 i think.even many android mobile are not looked good like new touchwiz ui of samsung.the colour the design simply awsome i solute to samsung because they use stock google android to make it world most beautifull.world Number 1 Note 4 smartphone phone.no one match it i bet you

Because if your logic is true, then gsmarena and every tech website and blogger and youtuber out there that have reviewed and then pronounced the Note 4 as the king of all phablets and essentially king of smartphones, which are pretty much every one of them out there, are all just trolls getting paid by Samsung, right? Which is of course isn't true and can't possibly be true, don't you think? :)
