This should be done more often with wider range of phones.

I think that the GS6 has the best camera. Low light is a win. And on daylight picture images are not oversharpened like with S5 or note 4. If you sharpen a little GS6 images they will look better than the others.

let's just wait until the results are revealed... then y'all can argue about which phone has the best camera.

You need to realize that no matter how much you foam around the mouth, the ONLY reason to still use that brick of a phone is if you need it for self-defense, lol!
As for image quality, here's a link to a professional photography website that ranked your pathetic museum piece at 7th in terms of images quality compared to other phones, 4 spots BELOW the Samsung S5 (and the iPhone 6/6+, Sony z2/3 and even the Nexus 6, lol). So the much better Samsung S6 will leave your precious Nokia in the dust. Case closed.

I'm happy of Note 4 result. Maybe it will be my next smartphone... (I hate the S6 lacking of SDcard/removable battery).

Panasonic CM1 is the best 'Android phone' in terms of photo image quality I've seen to date. But yeah, it's not widely available and is very expensive. So I sort of excluded that one. But I really hope Panasonic makes a newer CM2 model that's more refined with better availability & pricing.

When I first saw all the sample photos taken with the S6 on the web, I was pleasantly surprised with the image processing direction they took with the S6. Less sharpness! Awesome.
But in saying that, for them to satisfy the general public (going by how Note 4 won the good light shots), I think they should have the default sharpness setting closer to the Note 4 with an option in the settings to lower it.

Everything about it screens quality. I'm glad Samsung is taking steps in the right direction when it comes to their smartphone cameras.

AnonD-183110, 18 Mar 2015Well, if you are talking about looks, the whole galaxy S li... moreyou seem to be very angry there. If you think galaxy line looks like shit well you're wrong. Also this is pre release of the phone, so the camera will be significantly better at the time of release.
Both S5 and S6 have excellent grips, fit comfortably in hand and are easy to use even with one hand.
Personally I don't understand why you have troll and bash.

Cool. I was right as expected. It was so easy to tell after looking at the second photo that S6 was C.
As I said before, C definitely has the best image quality out of the 3 on all the test photos to my eyes. Higher default sharpness does not mean more detail. It just means it's more sharpened with more contrast. The softer photo of the S6 is far better for post processing and looks more natural without jagged edges and sharpness halos.
In saying that, the photos of Note 4 is very much a pre-sharpened version of the S6 photos. So yeah, Note 4 probably would look best to most people's eyes as it has more perceived detail straight off the bat.

Better the S6 opposite to the S5 in spite of the fact that, among other things, the S6 eats up literally the embroideries of the towel in to terrace?. And in the first one, which in the S6 is where less the foliage is distinguished?. And in the third one, which in the S6 scarcely the forms of the rails are obvious, only 50 more votes for the S5?.

And about nokia, a round and a little bit bulky body provides me nice grip, fits excellent in my palm and lets me easily use the phone with one hand. It's just comfortable to use.

AnonD-80165, 18 Mar 2015I can see how much enbiased you are then...
I know how g... moreabout the videos... It may not shoot high speed videos because of old processor. But with 145 dB sensitive dual mics, 25 Mbit video bitrate, 4x/6x/12x loseless zoom it still nails it, gives better dynamic range and overall quality(but not detail if you compare it to 4k).
DSLR with acceptable sensors are twice or more the price of nokia 808. Also 2-3 times heavier and bigger. If I buy one some day, it will be a full frame dslr or nothing :D .

S6 fans, you can still live with your expectation, S6's firmware is still in pre-release period. Samsung still got time to tweak the camera software algorithm. Good luck..

This is not the right side for photo votes, both reviewers and readers on this site are screaming about level of detail, preserved details and more details, which really isnt much of a foundation for judging photo quality. So, this is worthless.
