Purchased LG G4 in June in Hyderabad & hardware crashed in mere 5 months. LG after sales Service is pathetic. Given 2 dates to handover after servicing. Not repaired yet. Lost trust on LG product as well as the after sales service ability. LG Team kindly look in to it. we are spending hard earned money of 0.5 lac & such type of behavior is not acceptable. Actually you should have replaced phone immediately. Very bad.
It seems we are been taken for granted. This attitude will definitely spoil their reputation. Having other option available why someone should buy your product when their response to customers are lackluster.

People on earth,just be grateful about the battery life of g4 okay? Coz it lasts for more than a day. It's truly better than iphone.

Hai to all lg Customer's ihave lg g4 habdset 3days back tha handset had a big issue problem that is iron box !!! Yes when iam using handset like browsing chatting' watching movies leasing songs' even when camera is on also & recording videos & playing games also etc its pocket heater while charging its a small oven inthat case i complaint to Customer care they took my handset& they kept handset for oneday observation and given me da handset nextday and saying its common problems so freinds dont buy this type of fucking device iam facing to much problems

Brentz@20, 09 Sep 2015I had a S5 and now its a decision between the LG G4 and the... moreI have both S6 and G4 and I definitely recommend the G4, expandable memory (apparently 2TB) great camera and build quality, and the fact that not everyone else has one make this an awesome bit of gear, the thing that pisses me off with the S6 is the no expandable memory and I found it difficult to transfer my music files from phone to memory card, but that's just me.

I had a S5 and now its a decision between the LG G4 and the Note 4 I loved my S5, amazing phone it was and I know the Note 4 will be the same good but is the LG G4 a better decision? Is the LG G4 really marked in the S and Note catagory, I think its a mid-range phone? LG G4 users?

Hmm, just purchased a G4 but the battery and audio quality got me worried now. I do use my phone to listen to music everyday in my commutes to and from work. Should I cancel the order? any suggestions?
