Now, make this available worldwide and you'd attract a portion of those Xperia Z users and this would mean more profit.

Show me a phone just as thin as the S6, with the same or similar battery and has a better battery life? Because you wont find any.

And no Samsung will not put a 3500 battery on their small sized flagships, the note series yes maybe, but not the S series. The S-series was meant to be for the majority, meaning smaller, more compact and thinner as-well as the looks.

AnonD-60230, 25 Jun 2015and this device seriously looks ugly as hell! though Overal... moreYes, that's the big question. But they think, they would rather have sduper thin device as iPhone rather that an outstanding battery life, and they think further. Users are anyhow are crazy about iPhones. But with S6 active battery life, in case you encounter a problem and u need reset to send it for repair. You will lose your precious data. This is result of removing the microSD where u could easily remove anytime.

What I couldn't get it, why didn't Samsung went for a 3500 mAh battery for the regular S6? well S6 would have been a must buy with that! Samsung should put all their capabilities in a device!

not every day you see easyly the strongest CPU on the market in a phone and the best battery performer. Exynos 7420 is a beast of a CPU and does that with lower power consumption. if this phone had a 1080p screen it would probably last for a week.

2015 is really Samsungs year so far, from the s6 edge, s6 active and soon the note 5...the rest are just playing catchup.

Copy and paste error on page 9: "Then when the website asks for a login the phone will prompt you to put your finger on the Home key and a second later the info is filled in and submitted. We found that this doesn't work with all types of login pages, but it should work on most."
No, fingerprint login does not work on the S6 Active. It does for the S6, but the S6 Active does not have a fingerprint reader.

Nice device. Hardcore, not for everyone, but unique in its own way. I prefer this to regular s6, but not the s6 edge
