although you've set the sms alerts to maximum volume, it will still sound ascending... GRRRR!!!!

if u don't like this phone, buy a nokia 5110 ! It's the best !
I bought nokai 6300 this summer ! i charge my batery after 2/3 days, and i am listening every day a lot of music !

it is not good phone.becase i lost some default applications from my nokia 6300 phone (visual radio,calculater,e-mail.etc...)

i bought nokia 6300 this summer, and i want to say that is a very good phone, my baterry works for 2 days!

Good phone. Keypad is nice to press. Display is very good, 16 million colours as they say! Phone may become hot if you talk much. Battery has short life. You may have to make your thumb wet with your toungue (the system of counting money) while removing the cover. As dry finger will or may slip for sure on a dry polished nokia 6300 stainless steel casing. You may get a little trouble to open the plastic cover on the usb port. One way to solve this, is to bite the cover off with the teeth or use a blade to cut. If you have or grow atleast one long nail on any finger, you may use that nail to open the plastic cover. But keeping long nails is not recomended. As this holds germ, although that can't be seen.

theres a problem in this review for me. that is the maximum size in mms. you said that it can send all formats like full resolution. but
it take more than 800 kb and you write it can send the mms in 300kb only!

I dont understand some people. If you want QUALITY picture,buy a digital photo,if you want QUALITY video ,buy a profesional cam...If you want charge phone 1 time in year ...buy yourself a power generator...

can you use mp3 files as sms alert, on this phone ?..
heard somthing about nokia recalling 40.000.000 batterys cuz of overheating problems.. maybe that the problem with you phones getting hot... they said in the news that you could just go into any nokia store and get at new battery.
