Now difference is less with 23 vs 12mp, because just a few use 38mp. Well wait till sony/microsoft flagship. Phones can be made even with bigger bumps, it's no big problem as the result matters. With this in mind I hope sony will unveil their bended sensors soon.

    Same for larger um on 12mp.

    And htc made 4 at first because it was new.
    And stuck with it because they were fools or lacked the abilities to make/find better.

    Especially with how much thicker the one devices have been there was more than enough room for an increase

              aleluya somebody that says it, i changed my iphone 6s plus for my lgg4 because of the camera and in the camera because of the fucking black lines, i love 16,9 photos.
              and i wanted a 7 edge, but 9 megapixel 16,9 photos ?

                The S7 produces better images overall than the S6. In the S7 they are slightly cleaner (much more so in low light), have a bit better colour and have a fair amount more detail the closer you get to the edge of the frame. Would have been even better if it came equipped with the Samsung sensor.

                      When am I going to get the Android M 6.1 Update for Indian Variant of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM N910G. It was told that the Stable Update will be ready by February 2016, and all the Note 4s will get the Upgrade by March Second Week.

                      Today, I tried OTA Once Again..

                      But all it said was this: Software update


                      The latest updates have already been installed.

                      OK"

                      Android N seems to arrive very soon by Q3.. Please Samsung Do Some Magic.. Send OTA to India atleast as promised..

I guess main reason is focus tech and low profile, with old way of getting good performance - big pixels, so again forsaken resolution for looks. If note 6 come as copy of that, I cannot be too happy.

                            i can proof it. go open a webpage with a lot articles in a single page. then scroll it up and down.
                            you'll se the horrible lag.
                            Then, open your browser's setting and turn off the javascript option. try to scroll again, and the lag will gone.
                            such problem is never happen in ios, and rarely happen in stock android. you should blame lagwiz for that. lagwiz ruins android performance, and gives bad reputation to android.

Personally, working in a phoneshop, I can assure you which gets more returns/faults. and besides, even if iPhone does breakdown, well, just take it in to an Apple shop and get it sorted there and then within minutes, not sending off for repair for 7-10 days like most other manufacturers. You are the idiot with all this 'iHerd' nonsense. You use what you want, let others use what they want, people shouldnt be judged on their choice of smartphone. Clearly both platforms are extremely powerfull and for most users, both platforms will do everything they want it to. Your hate is not needed

But from that article what I can see, is that the 3rd party apps were relying heavily on 1 or 2 cores, not taking advantage of any more from a performance standpoint really. I would personally take 2 good cores rather than 4 cores of lesser performance

                                        Heck they could have even attempted 20mp at that.

                                        For 12mp it should have been at minimum 1.6um. They could have tried for up to 2um.
