Huawei P10 Plus review: Eyes wide open

Show-stealing looks and imaging prowess, the Huawei P10 Plus was one of the headliners at the MWC with good backing on the inside (by a little less special sibling) and not too heavily challenged from the outside. Early in the new season though, the competition is just about starting to hit harder, so the big tests are ahead of the P10 Plus.

I always have a powerbank with me, but as i have the P10+, battery life is impressive, i'm happy with it

It's actually a great phone, no stutters/microstutters, clear screen, a good camera, but if you want a better camera, just buy a nikon hehe

Both the LG G6 and Samsung S8 have changed how we view phones to the extent that anything that doesn't have infinity display will look like a dinasour. I'm not a fan of curved display either, but apparently the S8 survey is less drastic than the S7 Edge.

Performance wise I feel that it had reached a plateou since 3 years ago, that any Snapdragon 800 or above still can be used today, so we won't notice much improvements and if any, it is by the milliseconds. So most phone manufacturers have to improve on other areas so that customers will want to upgrade.

After being on P9 plus for a half year, i can say this about Huawei phones.

Design wise and build they are there. Although i think the button on front is a stepback on the p10 (Say NO to front panel buttons), the build is decent.

On software they have a way to go. My P9 has become very slow on the fingerprint. 1 to 2 seconds response time sometimes. Not acceptable.

by the way p10/+ camera are amazing but not enough to make me buy one. All else in the p10/+ is somewhat boring.
We must wait for Nokia 8 and Lg V30. For the first time I prefer staying with my 2016 V20 instead of buying something in the spring. I have big hopes V30 will be monster just as v20 is. Also big hopes on Nokia, I don't care they are chinese! I care only about how premium and better and in what ways better will be nokia 8 than S8, G6 and P10/+
