Oh, and Androids no longer need large batteries because of the efficiency of the processor and even the OEM's optimization.
Sony, for example, with the XZ Premium.
Guess what, 4K HDR screen on 5.5" size with only 3230mAh battery and gets 72h Endurance Rating.
I can only imagine how laughable would the endurance rating of the next iPhone be with the same exact hardware.

I don't care about gimmicks. I need a device that just gets the job done. And this is it. Awesome device which offers a glimpse at what 9 could be. Even I have multiple devices by multiple companies but I respect a good phone when I see it and won't be defending any brand childishly

I agree, that there wouldn't be big difference! :)
Still there can be some, which can additionaly vary depending on camera. So my point is not to compare full size photos after making it, but compare size-reduced once which are uploaded in Google Photos. This is how photos will look eventually when user come back to see it :).
And definitely it had impact on video. Which in free option is full hd... And who is really able to store 4k ones...

HMD doesn't need to market itself, the Nokia name just carries it away. So the earlier you get over it that HMD is Nokia the better for you!!

Regarding photo quality, are you able to check it af... morefree google photo backup automatically decrease larger photo to 16mp max..i dont think it would reduce the photo that is already 16mp or below but i might be wrong. anyway, photo that stored in google photo backup is quite the same from original on my usage. i store 20mp photo (meizu mx4) yes the size it reduced but i dont see any quality problem.
