Samsung Galaxy Note8 review

The Note8 is here and we can't help but feel the tension rising, especially in Europe where this is the first Note device to officially land in two years. Some time it's been, so a lot is riding on the Galaxy Note8.

Which one is good exynos8898 note8 or snapdragon 835 note 8?

    I can't believe out of that extremely awesome in depth review you didn't state if the nite 8 has a 10 bit screen. In the specs at the end it lists as 16 million colors which is 8bit isn't it? Winning that award and being the first mobile hdr approved and her compliant doesn't it have to be 10 bit? Displaymates shootout doesn't cover display bits either I can't find anything in this. So are there any mobile 10 but displays.

      The best phone i ever had. Full support for daily, working (need the stylus), gaming, etc. Just the battery not good enough (still ok) and the price very high (still ok cause no phone better than this, only oneplus 5/5t to be the strongest opponent)

                Most smrtph1s r gud on their own but they do not justify their asking price. if note8 for $160, then its almost perfect.

                      tried it a couple of times in nearby store. the experience this device gives sort of grow on me, even though i was being skeptical and disliked it at first. the tall build is great, since i have not-so-big hands to hold wide smartphones. the rounded screen side edges didn't trigger any unwanted input (at least, for as long as i tried using it), different from what most people would worry when seeing a phone with thin side bezels. if it's not for the high price, i will probably buy it. but then again, i prefer my daily phone to have a smaller overall size

                          Others like LG brought steep prices with cut corners. And the Google Pixel 2 XL is so over priced with too many compromises it is the iPhone of Android.

                          However yes. The prices are still ridiculous regardless when it comes to any of these devices.

                            Samsung is becoming another apple in terms of prices, but at least their mid range phones are still a good buy...

                              I'm impressed the snapdragon lasted longer in video playback. It might be only 30 minutes but that's 30 minuted longer as opposed to the issues few hours less.

                                    That aspect ratio is killer for me.
                                    I just dont like the long skinny mobile.

                                      I believe it is somewhere around 50.6gb
