That photo on the 2nd page of the review comparing the Xperia 5 with the XZ2C, front view - is it me or does the XZ2C's logo say "SSONY"? Imitation/knock-off device? :-O

Capacity... moreI think its the battery management system which is inside the battery that provides the wrong battery percentage to the phone. With a cheap controller in the battery, it doesn't balance each cell equally, so when a high load is required, some cells will be too low and won't be able to produce the voltage.

gadgetlover, 19 Sep 2019it is really a problem in my country too this phone is not ... more+1. The same in my country. Sony is not selling their phones here at all. Only parallel imported in couple of shops for insane price. I'm pretty sure that many people here don't even know that Sony still makes smartphones.

Anonymous, 20 Sep 2019There are tons of 12MP sensors. Not the same. Yes I agree. But the point is why these manufacturers purchase Sony sensors but can develop much better photography? I mean, as an OEM of sensors, Sony should've been better at configuring its own products.

dfgd, 19 Sep 2019this has changed already after they changed CEO... u r old ... moreBut we don't see a significant improvement on its photography capabilities on the latest Xperias as Dxomark only gives it a 89 mark compared to the 112 from Samsung and Huawei. It's rather ironic that manufacturers like Xiaomi and Oppo has some devices that use the same Sony sensors but earn much higher marks in Dxomark.
