There is reason why it is comming 2 months after p40pro, think about it. It will be upgrade (not just the 10x), but rest photo video as well. Yes, by small margin, but def will not be the same as p40pro. Mark my words and we will talk again after 2 months and 1-3 weeks no idea when in June will be released and reviewed :)

That's what you get out it with - Look s20ultra has bigger sensor that's why it is 250 eur more.
      Laughable.

You are smart thinking here ;) I see you very smart.

Now the time Huawei will release the P40pro+ you better compare it with the Note 20 ultra.

Nick.B, 31 Mar 2020I believe ypu are the blind one. https://m.gsmarena.com/hu... moreI think in that review GSMARENA intentionally avoided any conclusion about daytime camera. They just said P40 pro matched the quality of S20 ultra.
If you look at the daytime photos, S20 ultra has better dynamic range in most cases.
In ultrawide photos Huawei showed dominance.
But can we really say it's a ultrawide while having only 18mm FL ?

Wven the p40pro ia better overall than s20ultra, which by the way cost as much as upcomming in June p40pro+ which will be one level better than p40pro which is better than s20ultra
                  You say again s20ultra what?

Please wait until June for P40Pro+ start sales and reviews. And let's re-talk all that Samsung/Huawei talk again ;) I know who will win in camera department, but I am sure you don't agree. 2 months to go. Let's count.

In comparison, a video captured by the main wide angle lens looks, well, nothing special and doesn't have an immersive feeling that an UWA camera provides.

As far as my opinion is concerned, Dxomark has always been controversial & not trustworthy.

With that said, it's simply ridiculous that they advertised it as 23mm equiv. lens when photos get cropped to 27mm most of the time and thought they could get away with it. When customers are paying $1000 surely they should expect a phone to have a pin-sharp lens to resolve good amount of details across the full sensor area.

Xiaomi must be paying DxOMark to be on top of the list. So, now Huawei is paying DxOMark too according to your logic?
