    absolute beast of a phone...i got the 512gb version 1 week after launch...no regrets...samsung and apple have a looooong way to beat them

      Huawei has refreshed and relaunched the P30 Pro ( P30 Pro New Edition) because it knows people are dependent on Google or iOS. The interface in China looks vastly different from what it ships worldwide, and the Chinese have a separate app store with (most of) Google apps, and even a you tube player. This phone is a goner, save your money for the cheaper and better P30 Pro New Edition with Google.

        Anyone who hates to see this picture, will be falling in love when you meet the real one on your hand.

                  Did everyone noticed, all P40 Pro night scene photos are yellow tint? It is so horrible.. personally I'll called them crab, worst night screne photos ever seen on a flagship phone.

                          So they decided to limit it to 90hz.
                          Besides 8gb on Huawei is enough as there is no play services and Google bloatware hogging up memory and sucking up battery.

                            Not everyone has the time/patience/inclination to tinker with their phone. Privacy pervs would be even more miffed; one tiny vulnerability would have the potential to leave all of their data exposed to prospective hackers.

                              Can someone help me clarify one thing; how is it that Amazon's App Store is allowed but Google Play Store isn't?

                              Isn't Amazon a US company that has to comply with US regulations including bans ?

                                It's bad in low light. Noise reduction is too agressive and destroys all the fine detail. Still can't beat my old xperia m5 in daylight fine detail level. I think I will wait for xperia 1 ii and xperia 10 ii. Maybe they can do something about that frustrating noise reduction and bad sharpness.

                                  Microsoft launcher syncs your contacts apps to its cloud. Microsoft services may be used instead of all google services, wd be interesting.

                                    As a Mate 20 Pro owner with a massive notch ... a little big ugly.
                                    But that the LARGE cut out on the P40 Pro is sooo f*ing ugly.
