Open the PDF of 48B and 48C, compare them both. They're the same quad Bayers with different type of capabilities. The difference on how they name the Color Filter Array (CFA) in the table means nothing as soon as you've read the the Documentation (PDF).

                    In video mode, can it switch lenses from Ultrawide, to main then to periscope lenses?.

                    Cuz the p40 series can do it so long as the frame rate is @ 30fps. So can this unit do it too?

It's not that of a biggie, but it will still be an issue for some users.
