I don't know why people keep saying this is for casual users, people that check their phone every 3-4 hours...what??
Have you not seen battery tests with the 12 mini in youtube? There's several and in each one of those tests the 12 mini lasted between 6h30min and 8h30min and that was mixed use, youtube, games, browsing, messages, social networking etc hahaha are people crazy?
The 12mini lasts 11hrs of browsing! Lasts 5h of youtube. Not bad.
The 12 mini will definitely last you through the day with browsing, social network, tons of messages and some gaming unless you spend your day at work playing heavy games...
But if you spend the day at work playing heavy games (most people don't, they have to...work you know...), the 12 mini is not for you. Buy a tablet instead or a 6.8" flagship phone with 5 or 6000mAh...jeez

It could be good without notch. And FaceID is crap after a year of pandemy and masks.

It has perfect size for a people, who used phone as a daily tool for calling, mail, social media, web browsing. Batter lasts 1.5 days so it is perfectly optimized.

Paying almost 800€ for a smartphone justo to keep it in my pocket and check it every 3 or 4 hours to see if I have any messages to save battery, it's kinda st*pid. And with 64 GB storage...well this phone is only for those who like to collect any Apple product.

The battery life is surprisingly not terrible, and I must say, I was expecting lower battery score than this. It's not great by any means but if you take into account how tiny this thing is, it's far from being unforgivable.

I got my iPhone 12 mini couple of days ago and this iPhone is phenomenal.
I truly love it and so glad apple finally released a mini for us small iPhone lovers.
Its screen size is similar to the iPhone 8 Plus screen size.
Battery performance is average and is more than enough for my use although Im a somewhat heavy user.

Xperia 5ii is the better bet at this price range. It's now cheaper or you can get it with free Noise cancelling TWS.
