This is the attitude all alt-right peeps are acting.

S21 is rated for IP68 but not for IP65, and Samsung implicitly implies this by not stating IP65 certification there.

Ewl, 23 Jan 2021It's all about who you ask or what your looking for in... moreA lot of assumptions and groundless statements like "who cares?". Read the blog, you'll see how many people care about all the missing features.
And yes, this phone is cheap. But it's cheap by its essence, not by its price tag.

Nick Tagataka, 24 Jan 2021From Wikipedia: "The ratings for water ingress are no... moreI did the math for you, you might not be able to do that. So,
Under 1.5 meter you'll get close to 1500Kgf/m2.
Which is 1.5 ton force just per square meter.
So you're saying a phone which can survive 1.5 ton force per square meter can't handle tap water or spray water ?
Anyway I'm not here to start another debate because I don't want any. I was just clearing my things.

Nick Tagataka, 24 Jan 2021I didn't take it as a joke but rather an attempt to pi... moreIt didn't because you're thinking me as an old enemy(as you told).
I mean if you had any sense of humor you would get it or probably Asians have different sense of Humor.

Why would I be disappointed in you and even if I'm, why would you care ?
What's my profit by saying it ? I could have said that on other topic where we're kinda fighting, not here.
Anyway I'm not here to explain myself to you. You can think whatever you want.

You know one thing, how much do you flip in your arguments ?
*First in one comment I said, Because of RYYB sensor Huawei has difficulty of taking detailed picture at full resolution and you disagree with that and you and (that nosy Asian guy) gave an example with a Huawei phone which uses RGB sensor. I already tried to explain why the debate even started. It's wasn't about Huawei. But you guys completely ignored that and keep hanging on one comment which went against Huawei.
"FEELS LIKE YOU GUYS ARE HIRED BY HUAWEI". Heard that Chinese brands are hiring people and putting them on tech websites to comment. Now I've just witnessed them.
*Then secondly you debate with me and say how many ways the RYYB sensor can be noisy and blah blah blah...
So, why those different state of mind at different places ?
                  What's your issue !
You seems to like these illogical arguments which is a complete waste of time. I don't have that mush time for you.

We should never cross each other again. Good Bye.

Steve, 23 Jan 2021But still you will have a better gaming performance on the ... moreMost modern 3D games are still locked at 60fps. Only traditional games like Subway Surfers supports 120fps mode (there are 200+ games but only few are modern). I don’t think an Exynos S21 will have better gaming performance than an iPhone 12 Pro even if either phone throttles quickly.

Nick Tagataka, 24 Jan 2021From Wikipedia: "The ratings for water ingress are no... moreListen the IP rating of different things are different. I know what they mean.
                        It's confusing about smartphone.
Don't take this as debate. A debate with you don't go smooth.
                        Think this way,
If a device is IP68, it should be IP65 too, As IP65 is lower type.
                        Now consider
IP65 is superior(which it not) then it should be IP68 too.
About the first one, you might say spray water and submerged water is different. So, if a submerged capable smartphone aren't capable of IP65 rating then how to do IP65 ? If IP65 needs more work then it should be IP68 too.
A good car is IP65 but nor IP68 but a submarine is both IP 68 and IP65.
I know my examples suck but couldn't find any better one.
And iPhone survived submerging under a lake which was more than 10 meter deep. Do you even have any idea how much water pressure is there ?
Forget 10m, Do you have any idea how much pressure is under 1.5 meter ? A lot more than spray water or tap water which novice reviewer warns against IP68 certified phone.

                          P C M, 24 Jan 2021I completely understand what's those IP ratings are. ... moreFrom Wikipedia:
"The ratings for water ingress are not cumulative beyond IPX6. A device that is compliant with IPX7 (covering immersion in water) is not necessarily compliant with IPX5 or IPX6 (covering exposure to water jets). A device that meets both tests is indicated by listing both tests separated by a slash, e.g. IPX5/IPX7."

Sorry, even if the device is being certified for IP65, that doesn't necessarily mean it also has IP68 rating and vice versa. It's safe to assume that Galaxy S21 series doesn't come with IP65 certification as Samsung does not mention it anywhere in its spec sheet, unlike Xperia 5 II which Sony actually describes as being IP65/68.

So you "completely" understand what they are, huh.

Meh smartphones are getting boring anything within the pass 3 yrs is more than what anyone truly needs in a pocketable device. Time to move on to EVs.

But really I don't see why people being so angry and sad about a silly thing a missing charger. When I get the phone next week I'll just put it on my existing qi-pads or usbc-cable. The included cable will be left in the box. If Samsung would put a headphone in the box it would be left unused, same as existing phone and the phone I had before..
Sure it would be cool if they did something new and exciting with the cameras in S21 and not just kept it from S20 but.. it's still a good camera?

                                  What's IP68 certified are usually IP65 too.
On the other hand, If something is IP65 is IP68 too.

Why no test of low light video? This is the area most in need of improvement

Numbers don't look good for the Exynos 2100, but the latest benchmark from 3D Mark, called Wild Life, favors heavily Exynos and iPhones, with SD ones in clear disadvantage. I ran the Wild Life benchmark in both my Galaxy A71 and Note9, and, as it turns out, the SD845 in my Note9 performed way worse than its Exynos counterparts, and the SD730 in my Galaxy A71 scored lower than even the Galaxy A50 (Exynos 9610). In Slingshot Extreme, it was the other way around.

Conclusion: don't take benchmarks too seriously.
