Replicant , 15 Apr 2021Looks like you still stuck in 2016, calling miui horrible I was a stock Android fan but couldn't resist the absolute bargain Poco X3 NFC and I absolutely love miui 12. It took litterally about 2 hours to get used to and some of the features are brilliant. My personal favourite is the ability to turn off the screen when watching YouTube or listening to YouTube music (something you pay for on stock Android) I'm convinced some folks who bash miui in the comments haven't actually used it and just parrot other comments. Xiaomi/Poco/Redmi are my absolute go to brand these days as their hardware and software and price are simply unrivalled in the smartphone space at present.

Compared to last year's X50 Pro with SD 765G, the SD 870 X60 Pro definitely produced way less noise. Even when I compared the Global X60 Pro and the X50 Pro using GSMArena's Photo Compare Tool, that was the first thing I straightaway noticed. Really looking forward to seeing the X60 Pro+ camera performance with the latest SD 888 chipset.

Anonymous, 15 Apr 2021You are right about "fans part " Because one of ... moreMany of the big company, including the one I'm working at right now, is disconnected with their user base. They don't know what average consumers actually want. The companies are being run by old people that are stuck in the past.

This is the right sized phone for me but the lack of wireless charging on both this and the Pro+ means they still can't replace my P40 Pro+ for functionality. Another missed opportunity because all the other BBK flagships have it now.

Tbh OnePlus 9r is more than 100 USD cheaper than this AND has faster charging, stereo speakers, better software, and literally no cons to speak of.
The 9r wins by a mile

Acorns, 14 Apr 2021Tbh I don't want any phone company to go out of busine... moreI really don't understand the infatuation with specs for money when absolutely no money is spent on ui.
I mean Xiaomi has downright amazing specs for the price but absolutely horrible software and like they could make their phones the best in the world if they just made something like oxygenos, plain, simple, blisteringly fast and as close to stock as possible. Miui ruined one of the best phone company to ever exist

Good display but somewhat disappointing battery life.. The combined CPU+GPU performance is fairly impressive given it's using essentially a year-old SoC, though partially because this year's SD888 is quite underwhelming and has a tendency for throttling, and the camera is.. pretty good? I like the overall colour reproduction and good low light performance, but the lens is noticeably soft this year (maybe due to F1.57 aperture), and despite a sheer light intake disadvantage X60 Pro doesn't seem to have a noticeable image quality advantage over X50 Pro even in areas that it should have. With that said, Zeiss coating is great job minimising the flares, so I guess the partnership is indeed NOT just a marketing stunt unlike what some people have been suggesting til this date. Telephoto is somewhat disappointing, but UWA on the other hand performs admirably in low light especially given how tiny the sensor is.
Good phone, but I think the price has to be set lower than it is right now.

Because one of the problems in today's phones is that companies thinks they know what people want and make phones that have no place in real world
Phone companies dont even bother with a poll or questionnaire
Just make a phone and release then expect people to buy it
