Very interesting. I find the main camera samples very natural looking by today's standards. Zoom in and I don't notice those oversharpening, edge enhancement and other drawbacks of today's smartphone image processing, while noise is handled really well.

My last phone was the p30 pro.... The last Huawei phone with gms... It is indeed one of the best phone I had... But without gms, a lot of apps here just doesn't work well here... Sorry Huawei...

And why should one uses Google Pay? Nobody can give a good argument.

I tried to be on 5G a few times, but in the most places the 5G network was pretty bad and where there was nice coverage, I couldn't take the difference between 4G and 5G speed.

Huawei is not in any dilemma for tech age agreed the company was placed on deliberate ban to stop their advancements on mobile phone businesses. As you argued about lack of 5g antenna in their phones it doesn't make any difference because many countries would not adopt this in the next three years and by then Huawei is back fully with their recent happenings.

And i reallllllyyyyy love all hua... moreDon't let the dxo score fool you , I'm a current mi 11 ultra user and where I see the difference is in everyday use with the camera. Huawei generally gets more consistent better results (better algorithm) where as the mi 11 ultra needs a few pics to get 1 good picture. Gimmicky features like the 50mp camera setting and what not hardly show a difference with going full auto.. being an ex Huawei user(p30 pro) I root for Huawei now but might root for Xiaomi in another year or so.. they sure are getting there.

And i reallllllyyyyy love all huawei products..
Especially kirin version of all products..
But when i saw p50 camera score in dxomark, i got shocked..
Because it's only 1 point different with mi 11 ultra..
And yet.. Mi 11 has google :0

I don't see how the B&W photos are upscaled 'slightly'.
If the B&W camera omits the Bayer filter and it's full-res is 40 MP, then it just means it doesn't downscale to 1:4 (but to some other ratio).

For a while i considered P40Pro as my best camera phone, however, even if P50Pro is intriguing enough, the price point isnt. Where im at, it is preselling for about $1100 for 256GB. I hope they just brought down the price to the 700-800 range.
Unfortunately installing GMS is a drag since you use 3rd party sideloaders. The mate40 didnt last me 2 months cause I wasnt even able to sync my google contacts and calendar with it (im not sure if its possible with harmony)
