It says on the Motorola website that the phone will be receiving 5 Android OS updates. Could you please clarify on the same as you mentioned 2 year upgrades?

It's not a really hard concept to understand.

Yeah, these are midrange now and Samsung should really be ashamed.

Probably a mistake from Motorola.
The edge series 2024 has 5 devices and 50 Neo is 4th tier.
No way it has LTPO when even 50 Ultra does not.
Phone that costs 2x more.

The 50 Neo ... moreno, wider aspect is good. all video on YouTube and mostly all TV is 16:9 so 19.5:9 is perfect. also wide enough to get larger text than a 20:9 or 21:9 phone. go check any screen comparison between Xperia phones and iPhone or other 19.5:9. the wider the better.

What I dislike :
- modem sucks, the phone gets hot when browsing the web on 5g. Antenas are weak, it gets even worse with low signal.
- thus battery life kinda sucks. On WiFi it's ok but outside roaming from antena to antena it's crap.
- I wish I could charge it quicker, 25w is not premium charging speed.
- cameras are so-so, I'm not always happy with image finesse and rendering lacks some punch.
I wish I could get my hands on a snapdragon version instead but warranty is not working in Europe so as a couple of Samsung's services.

Damn all these Edge 50s look wonderful, just that one little thing called UFS 2.2. is making my heart bleed.

50 Neo compact, stylish, great camera. What's not to love about this device (I can already see the oldies coming at me yelling "nO hEaDpHoNe jAcK" 🤣)

Wow the neo is looking super good with it's dinky size!
Also that camera bump way nicer than the Pixel 9 log.
