I really wish Samsung stopped using ODMs for their cheaper phones. Firstly, it means that these phones aren’t built to last because there’s little to no quality control being done by Samsung. And secondly, it means that Samsung won’t listen to any feedback they get about the A series because it’ll be too much effort to custom design their best selling phone when they can just ask an ODM to make one with existing parts.

      We're enthusiasts, we like and know tech, but most people wouldn't even spend 10 minutes here and they don't care too much about specs.

            This phone set of features are terrible for its pricepoint.

            It seems as though it was built and targetted towards their fans' hopes and dreams for future updates.

            I don't remember any Samsung A-series that gets "faster" after a major Android upgrade. All phones loses performance over time as the Android OS increases complexity. The 6 years promise will make this phone dog slow even after 1 to 2 major upgrades.

                If it looks like a A15, feels like a A15 and performs like a A15, then it's A15, IMHO.

                  This Samsung design is getting oooooold.

                  They need to come up with a new camera arrangement already. It's been the same thing since the S22.

                          The only hope would be massive organizations like the EU mandating companies to include a headphone jack on every new phone, just like how they pressured Apple to switch from Lightning to USB-C for their iPhone 15 series and newer.

                            it's sad really, we used to get headphone jacks consistently in the midrange before and even that is dwindling. Why must companies be SO greedy?

                                        I download CPDT now in my phone every test I do I get different results, like My OP 7 pro run first test got 16MBPs, run 2Nd test got 19MBps in span of few second, go reddit there there is Subreddit of S24 results for Same benchmark and results are way different for same phone.
