I must admit that this thing looks sexier than any phone Nokia ever released and I'll hold this with pride and let everyone and every weirdo drool at its sexiness. SE is not like Samsuck which copies its designs from Apple. Btw, I might consider SE's Neo when this purple screen defect on my N8 don't get fixed soon.

Getting about 24 hrs with 1 to 2 hrs of browsing on 3g, taking some photos(10 to 15) about an hour of games and about 2 hrs of phone calls. I must say though that I used the screen outdoors which means brightness is automatically set to maximum... I must say most people would find the battery sufficient enough for a regular day.

                            Quick update.

I bought my Xperia Arc on Orange in the UK.
Inside the retail package you have a heavy duty screen protector and a HDMI Cable.
There is no Auto Brightness :(
There is a notification LED at the top right hand side (Lights up for low battery, messages, missed calls etc)
screen is beautiful, who cares about viewing angles, i don't want any weirdo sat next to me on the bus looking at my screen.
No front facing camera - so what? video call phones have been around since the 90's NO-ONE uses that technology, thats why its not promoted anymore, until Apple decided to re-invent it and call it FaceTime. It is not a feature you need, if it were included on a Phone that looks this Slim then it would have ruined it, Possibly making the Phone thicker or bulkier.

Thats my 2 Cents, I own an Arc and am v.Happy with it.

therefore the battery must be removed before the memory card can be pulled out.

Ok, I love my iPhone 4 jailbroken. But, I'd like to try an Arc.

Has anyone been in my situ and wished they'd stayed with their jailbroken 4??

Also, do these take micro-sims? Or regular sized ones?

                                Thanks.

                                  - Galaxy S doesn't have LED flash for video recordings / taking photos (Arc, even it doesn't use the LED Flash, it will take picture / record better in low light because the exmor R sensor and 2,4 aperture.. combining that feature with a LED Flash, Arc is a great performer at low light condition)
                                  - Galaxy S doesn't have notification light
                                  - the speaker output is weaker than Arc.
                                  - slightly smaller resolution & screen.
                                  - Does Galaxy S design is as stylish as Arc?

you don't see that because you defending the Galaxy S..
Galaxy S is a great phone, however, Arc has a good side on it's own rather than it's bad side, just as the Galaxy S compared to Arc.
there will never be an ultimate phone ever released on the market.
only a phone that suits you the best.
Arc suits me the best rather the Galaxy S or its successor.

don't just see a bad side of a phone because you don't like it has something better than your worshipped phone. (has something better doesn't mean it better as overall, but better in some part)
