How will I know. You keep posting anonymous so I assume you are this guy that uses different IP addresses.
Anyway, your device's software is only good out of the box. Then it gets stuck in there because LG software updates sucks.

That's how bad is LG when it comes to updates especially with their flagship devices. I'm already enjoying using the Jelly Bean that brings lots of features and functionality.

It has Google Now that features lots of useful cards, updated multi tasking, updated camera features, super fast and buttery smooth operation. "Good looks is useless if the phone is dumb and stuck in outdated software.
Pretty soon mine will be getting Android 5 (Key Lime Pie) while yours would still be stuck in outdated ICS, LOL! JUST KEEP DREAMING....

IM VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH MY LG Optimus G.
I have NO problem with LG.
I will wait for the Incoming G2.
LG has both good in design and hardware.
My phone Optimus G BEATS its competitor S3 in all comparisons EVEN
S3 recieved update first...

LG has enjoyed particular success with its new LG Chocolate (LG BL40), the fourth handset of its Black Label Series, which boasts a 4-inch-wide panoramic HD LCD screen on a glassy body; as well as the LG Mini (LG GD880), an extremely small and slim touch phone with a narrow bezel. Scooping awards from both organizations, these two models are part of LG’s overall tally of eight prize-winning products: two categories at the red dot design awards and seven at the iF. LG’s five other award winners are the Crystal phone (LG GD900), the Lotus2 phone (LG LX610), the LG GW620, the Watch phone (LG GD910), and the Lollipop (LG SV800).
Respectively one of the biggest and one of the oldest design competitions in the world, the red dot and iF awards are renowned in the world of design for their exacting standards and rigorous judging processes. LG has been a winner at the red dot awards every year since 2003, and at the iF awards since 2005. Last year, LG won red dot awards for its Secret phone (LG KF750) and 3G Watch phone (LG GD910) and an iF award for its Renoir phone (LG KC910).

LG Electronics (LG) announced that seven of its mobile products received the highly sought after and globally recognised 2013 International Forum (iF) design awards.
LG’s winning products included the recently launched Optimus G, the Optimus L9 and five other smart mobile products.
“LG invests heavily in smartphone design in order to create products that are uniquely differentiated from those offered by our competitors,” said Dr Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
“As far as we’re concerned, strong design is crucial as it not only complements, but also enhances our high-performance hardware. Perfecting the balance between style and full mobile functionality has long been a part of LG’s design heritage and it will continue to be so.”
LG gave its Optimus G a stunning black uni-body form, which combines simplicity with a sleek finish. The handset also features a luxurious look and feel, with a 4.7-inch WXGA True HD IPS Plus display and LG’s patented Crystal Reflection finish.
The Optimus L9 is the embodiment of LG’s premium L-Style design DNA; a blend of sleek form and modern square design. Its 9.1mm body and eye-catching metallic streak provide comfortable grip and a touch of elegance.
LG’s other iF design award winners include the Optimus LTE 2, the world’s first smartphone with 2GB RAM, and the LG Lucid 4G, a variation of the Optimus LTE for Verizon Wireless in the US.
Also taking home awards are the Optimus L7, a high-end model from LG’s L-Series lineup, the Optimus Life, a popular LTE smartphone recently launched in Japan, and the LG Smart Dongle for wireless access to LG Smart TVs.
The 2013 iF Design Awards ceremony will be held on February 22, 2013 at BMW World in Munich, Germany.

for now, easier to obtain in Malaysia with a good service centre (both my S3 and Note 2 is been replace/fix) within few hour or 1 day is Samsung. My S3 screen is broken by my daughter.
LG service centre is so and so in Malaysia :( and have bad experience with them.
