Bought it at last... after reading sevral reviews and comparing handsets linw w810,w800,nokia 3250 ....D600 was my choice.Bought this phone today and am really loving it.In india have bought it for $275 in india (approx 12500 INR)which I think is a pretty good price for this beauty.
Could anyone please give me tips on what would be the best resolution for camera for photo and video..right now photo uxga 1600x1200,Superfine)Video Recording mode Normal CIF=352x288) Quality ;Superfine).Impressed with quality of pics however would like to know can landscape mode work on this phone.You can click a photo on a landscape mode easily however once you view the pic in photo gallery or the computer it comes in portrait.i hope d600 users understand what I am saying ...Thanks

I am thinking of getting this phone and was wondering what everyone thinks about the volume. Are there any problems hearing the other party when your on the phone. I had a samsung before and noticed that the volume tended to be a bit low. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get one ASAP. Thanks.

Had my D600 for two months its fantastic, bought a 512 mb card from my memory.co, they are cheap and with this card in it holds a fanstic amount of music, a quality feature packed product

my manual says that myD600's privacy code is set to 00000000 (eight zeros)...
den go to privacy n uncheck those stuff that u don wanna enter pin everytime u wanna use it den SAVE...

how do u connect the phone to the pc because when i plugged it in it said connection wizard so i left it in and it still doesnt work

hi i bought the Samsung D600 recently (on april fools) and so far its been great! everythings working fine etc etc. but now i just need to get a memory card. on the D600 pamphlet(in NSW Australia) it says that the maximum memory is 512mb, however some1 quoted before that on mobymemory.com they said it can support up to 1GB memory. So can anyone here who has a memory card which is 512mb or 1024mb (preferebly in Australia) tell me which one they have and it's compatability with the D600? Thanks in advance, Daniel.

Good phone, VERY cool design.
Loses big points with me for not being able to set an MP3 as your message tone. May seem petty, but considering every message tone is some girly chime sound its definently needed.
Also, you can set it to vibrate THEN melody, vibrate or melody. Ummmm, how about you just vibrate and melody at the same time...?
Confusing setup for what would have otherwise been my favorite phone so far. Sorry, Nokia's still on top.

Well you can only be awesome ifyou have the D600!!! its the best thing ever!!!! i hav ehad mine for 6 months and i am still in LOOOOOVE with it i even gave it a name thats how cool this Phone is!!!! So go an dget on eyou have to its the best thing that has ever hit the face of the earth!!!......... Hurry hurry while stocks last!!!!!

I Have the D600 and i think its an amazing fone with so much to do on it!!!! there is so many things to do that you will be kept amazed for no matter how long to have your fone for!!! I have had my fone for over 9 weeks now and i still find fun and amazing things to do on it!!!! I really do sugest that you get this fone Because YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!

I had d600 for about 6 month now and the battery ain't a problem for me. But I work in a phone shop and I do have some complains. Best Samsung phone I've ever had.

How can I make my D600 a D600E for Edge? In the Netherlands we have only Telfort that has Edge but there is no D600E availeble... I know that there is a way..

I'm getting my D600 in two days time. I can't wait!!!!!! They phone looks awesome although its a shame about the lack of a radio.
I'll give some feedback on it when it arrives!

Great phone but...!
When I purchased the phone I didn’t receive any software that can be used on a Mac. Does it exist?...and if so where can I get it?
Is there any alternative?

I have been reading and i have seen a lot of people complaining about the battery life, i have had my phone for about 8 weeks now and i think the battery life is quite good i charge it up every couple of days infact i havent charged it up for 2 days and i still have 2 bars left in the battery, i play on mine quite a lot im always sending and recieving text messages and take a lot of pictures and videos, so i do useit a lot, so the battery life isnt all bad on all the D600.
