to G. By the way, it cannot play video full-screen because the display must show the caller's ID or no, show the speaker on/off icon, accept and reject options, etc.

And one more VERY important thing on charging: DO NOT switch off the phone while charging if the latter is switched on. And vice versa: DO NOT switch it on while charging if it is swicthed off.
This may sometimes result in some problems.

to G. Yes (Ivo) the video does not play full-screen as a caller ID. Moreover, it seems you cannot set an MP4 either, only 3GP for that purpose.
to natany: the battery time? well, I think not bad, roughly the same as Nokia, i.e. about 3-4 days with moderate usage, but if you play MP3s or use the camera even not often, you will have it lasting only about 2 days. This is my personal experience with mine, I have it around two weeks.
But a very important point: if/when you buy this phone, do NOT charge it immediately, use the phone until it hints low battery, then switch it off and on, again use until it hints again, and ONLY then start charging the phone until it shows full charge (that is the icon does not blink), then switch it off and on and again start charging until it stops blinking, do the same once again. And remember to charge the battery for 12-14 hours for the first 3 times. All this will enhance the battery time and life, (this is chemistry and physics).

To B.Y. First of all make sure these files are ordinary MP3 files. The second thing, if you are 100% sure that it is a normal MP3 format, then I suppose that the bit rate is very high or very low. Try recompressing these mp3s at 128kbps, 44,1KHz, Constant Bit Rate (CBR). I suggest to use MPEG Layer1. You can do this with other software, for example Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer. Also, if your mp3s are encoded with MPEG Layer2 or Layer2.5, I am not sure that Samsung D600 should read them.
A piece of detail - MPEG Layer1, Layer2 and Layer2.5 are the same format (MP3), but different versions.

Hi all, I've just bought a D600 and i've just installed the PC program and drivers so i can download my MP3's from the PC to the phone but I keep getting a message when i try and download the music into the music folder saying "the bit rate or sampling rate is not supported by this folder, please try again in the "other files" folder"! I try the "other files" folder and it downloads into it but it wont play because its not supported. i have them in MP3 format. I just cant figure out whats going on! Has anyone else had this problem?
