H.L. I will ask him, but I am not sure that he will provide this information. It was very hard to me to get even this, which I said before about firmwares.
About connecting your Mobile to PC Studio via USB cable. If you have firewall, disable it, or permit access to the internet for all PC Studio's executables. I also had difficulties connecting my Samsung via USB cable, but as H.L. said, it is important to set USB function to Modem. I suggest using bluetooth device, because of the greater speed.
About transferring information from D500 to D600 using PC. Try connecting D500 to Studio 3. I didn't tried it out, but it should work.

Hey D600 fans and owners:
I came to a guess that the name of the game while succeeding / failing to get the USB cable work i.e. to get the phone connected to the PCs is the Service Pack 2 to be present with your Windows 2000/XP! A better gorunded confirmation if any will be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, you can set video clips to your contact and it will play whenever you receive a call from that contact.
Yes, the whole mp3 ringtone track does play.

hi all D600 users, i'm thinking of buying this phone but i have some queries n would appreciate if u all could help. i read that we can attach video clips to phone no. so that when the person calls the video clip will play. is that true?? and furthermore when setting mp3 as ringtone does it play the entire song or does it break up n continuously play juz the first ex. 5 sec of the song?? thanks for the help. really appreciate it. have a nice day...

*2767*136245# ＝ usa Email setting
Found those commands on a blog. not sure if the email one works. The first two do work on my D600.

Could u please ask him/her if it's true that the newer the firmware is, the greater the last digit of the firmware version is. For example, K4 is supposed to be newer than K3. Thanks.

First u have to make sure u have installed Samsung PC Studio 3 and the driver for D600 into ur PC, and then change the usb setting in ur phone into Modem (not mass storage device! that is for TF card!), and then open the software Samsung PC Studio 3 and connect ur phone. then ur phone should be connected.

does anyone know how to get the usb function on the phone working? i tried to get music off my computer onto the phone and it keeps coming up "not connected". maybe this is because i'm stupid but i cant figure this out!

Can anyone provide an easy tutorial to transfer all the data from my Samsung D500 (which uses PC Studio PIM 2.0) to my new Samsung D600 (which uses PC Studio 3)?

I LOVE the phone... I have had it since Jan and it still amazes me.

Mel as you saw, on the fourth page of postings I wrote that my mobile acts weirdly, and because of this I returned it to the seller. I hope that they will fix these problems, because I will get very disappointed from Samsung.

tafa06 you can add a new language only by flashing your mobile with firmware, supporting the language you want. I suggest doing this only by authorized services of Samsung.
