I am not sure why the battery issue is there. I do not charge my phone for atleast 3 days. It runs perfect. I am a pretty heavy user of my phone, though I do not use many applications like video, music etc. The keypad can be better. Design is perfect.

i bought d820 and i m sick of this phone already in 2 weeks becuase of the battery..u cant charge ur phone 3 times a day..and if u use the bluetooth headset then this is not the phone for u because it will disconect again and again and interupt ur calls.i put this phone home..d600 is better than this i heard and even less price so that was a bad experience using this phone..

The battery life of this phone is really bad. 4 calls a day for 5 min each and the battery starts to beap for recharging. Great phone otherwise, although the keypad of the D600 was much better.

i just got this phone from singapore where i also bought the 1gb card for it.the phone is ok,not outstanding and the memory card is working on it.(i read questions about the problems regarding the maximum capacity suported by phone)but, the transfer speed via usb or bluetooth is very slow.the battery life is not great but if you don't use the player and bluetooth often you can get a maximum 3 days battery life.if you listen to music and watch videos you have to charge it daily.is easy to put the songs as ring tones and the downloaded pictures(jpeg)as wallpapers.easy to use, good design,a right choice for this amount of money.

I am planning to buy a new mobile phone and my options are:

            - Samsung D820
            - Nokia 6270

I really don't know what to do..... both have interesting specifications but none of them is perfect for me, for example, the Nokia is very big, and the headset is not connected to the lateral.

The Samsung has a really negative point with the tones for SMS, as can't be MP3!.

The camera is not a problem for me, I won't use the mobile phone to take important photos.

Has anybody tested both phones?. Which is best in general terms?

What's the difference between the D820 and the t-mobile version the T809? Is the T809 less featureful or are some functions disabled in the t-mobile version? Thanks

To answer some of the questions posted here.
                      1. Yes, the camera is rotatble. You have to do it manually. See the embossed arrow on top?
                      2. I'm using the iTech stereo bluetooth headset to talk and play music with the D820.
                      3. All photos taken should be easily deletable. Go to File Manager>Images and look for options.
                      4. The cable that links the D820 tothe computer comes with the set.

                      I have more questions, though.
                      1. Is it true that this phone has no loudspeaker function for conversations?
                      2. Anyone know where I can get more games for free for my Samsung D820?

By the way, for someone who was a staunch Nokia fan, this D820 rocks! :)

2>Is the quality of plastic used on the handset really low?
