Hi guys. After some deliberation I ordered the D900, even after hearing from others and reading in this forum about the problematic screen (cracking, overheating etc). And, ironically, the moment my D900 arrives someone in my office bumps hers (pretty lightly) and the whole inside screen cracks! Am now very put off this phone. I haven't opened the packaging yet and am tempted to send it back and get another type of Samsung altogether. Am I being paranoid?

I have had Samsung for the last 3 years and they have always been great. Just be carefull with the D900 Screen. It seems very thin as i have had two phone develop screen cracks in 4 months. The cracks occur internally and the LCD stops working. Make sure you have insurance as the maufacturer refused to replace mine. Shame really as it is a great phone.

Hello Snake.If you go MENU 9 3 1 and select Normal and Save, you will get a choice of Wallpapers. If instead you select THEME and Save, you will get (at start up) an animated picture representing the country you happen to be in at the time. This background will automatically go to night mode when it's dark, and change picture when you are in another country. Impressive. It also comes with the analogue clock - however, this is the only way I know of getting the analogue clock on your screen. With Normal mode, the clock is digital. Shame really because it's a nice clock!. Re Message tones, you are stuck with the standard Samsung tones, and also I don't see any way you can increase capacity from 200. (It's more than enough for me ! ). Good luck. Maxima

i have read about this Ugo in the D900... how can u use it?
plus.. the theme..cant u use a theme but change the picture or such.. and if u do not use a theme.. how can u keep the clock? i mean the normal one.. not the digitized one...
and how do u change the ringtones of the message..other than the ones in the phone.. and can u change the limit of the 200 only messages.. there is 60 mb space.. y just 200??...
i kno i asked alot.. but im rlly lost... thx guys!!

Flight mode is known as Offline mode. Go to menu 9 - 2 - 10

Hi, does anyone know how to switch flight mode on and off, some had told me to go into settings and choose option #10 and I would find it there but option 10 in settings is key managment and it's empty with no other choices....any help is appreciated,

BASBOOSY. I don't know of a way of making it disappear, but if you go MENU - 9 - 3 - 1 WALLPAPER, you have options of Theme or Normal which will give you 2 Time and date display options on the screen. (one of them is an analogue clock). Good luck !

I have a question. I find this phone amazing with no problems at all. BUT does anyone know how to make the Time & Date line disappear from the screen????????????????????????????????

Hi, i currently have a nokia phone and they have been alright however i like the look of Samsung phones especially this one and i am considering buying it, can anyone tell me about camera/video quality and any other features that are worth it on this phone. Also, are samsung phones worth it?

R*A*C*H*E*L. The 7 Java games are:-Cannonball, Forgotten Warrior, Freekick, Arch Angel, Asphalt2-T&B, Tetris -T&B, and
Sonic the Hedghog Part One T&B. There's so much else to do on this phone that I haven't got round to them yet, but they look to me to be the business. Fantastic sounds and colours. Would be very surprised indeed if you were disappointed. Please report back. Maxima

Key tones. From idle mode, push up slider and then use buttons on LH side of handset. Key volume adjusts from zero to 5. Then go and type your SMS
