Great phone with one problem; when sync MS Outlook's calendar recurring appointment don't make it to the phone. I'm using ver. 3.01 of PC Studio. All standalone appointments are sync'ed to the phone. Any ideas

I've had the D900 for five days, and was seriously considering returning it back for the volume before I realised what a difference a protective screen cover makes!! Besides that, does anyone know how to switch the GPRS mode off?? It's been on ever since I got it; can't seem to find it under applications...

I have got a new D900. Love it and the battery life seems pretty good to me.
The only problem is that the sigal stength is awful and,in some parts of my house non existant.
Has anybody else had problems with signal strength?
I have never had any problems with any other phones in my house before.

In answer to whoever posted this:

"I have decided I want this phone (d900), but I just read one of the comments about it's battery life, is it really that bad?, cause that's the only thing stoping me now, please advise. I really love the phone, but if the battery will keep screwing up, then...."

The answer is YES the battery life is awful - worse then any phone I've ever owned by miles and we're going back to green screens now!
The other thing that really gets me about this phone is the inability to record straight to your micro SD card. If it's battery life you're looking for, this is NOT the phone for you. If you're looking for a slick looking phone with a decent camera then get it.

Arvin: You can not use FAT32 memory, try formatting it as FAT16.

I have this phone for one day. I had samsung before but now I miss the different sound profiles and limited msg sounds.

80 MB..a very small memory. U can record a video maximum 10 minutes. Can u imagine that? 10 min. max for a video. Why 10 min? Because the video it's saved on internal memory and it's imposible to be saved on TF. Sad, isn't it?
                      Sorry 4 my bad english..

hello graham, the SAM E900 has the 2MP camera not 3...im happy with my SAM D900 and feel this is a higher class handset then the E900 with reguards to both style and spec...tracking can be done on both handsets i believe....nrea1234

That's exactly the point nrea1234, maybe a few stuff were missing but samsung sure has added a lot of extra's too. bottomline here is thay would eventually fix that, but for now just enjoy the D900:) cheers!
