Hi Mary Grace, thanks for your reply. I've managed to pair the bluetooth and the mobile - i've even managed to get a song downloaded onto the bluetooth area on my phone. but then i'm stuck. if i select the song it starts up with a bar that says receiving 00% and then after a few seconds it disconnects me from bluetooth. what am I doing wrong? how do i get the song from the bluetooth device into my mp3 player? sorry to be so dense...

Hi Tezza! regarding ur MP3 question...I also have this phone and I think it's really great and I hope this post of mine might help since you're dealing w/ bluetooth transfers. Well, I discovered that it's easier to transfer photos and MP3s when my pc initiates the bluetooth device pairing. So here are the steps: 1. Your OS is windows XP and turn on/start your bluetooth device. 2.double click the bluetooth icon on ur system tray OR go to My Bluetooth Places. 3. On the left side of the screen there's a section there that says "Bluetooth Tasks". 4. Click on View Devices In Range. Your pc should be searching for devices and that your mobile should appear in the window. 5. Right click on your mobile's bluetooth name and select "Pair Device". 6. A Bluetooth Pin Code Request window will pop up and type on the space provided your bluetooth pin code which is found in your bluetooth manual if not, try this no: 1234 and click ok. 7. The same request will appear on your mobile phone and enter the same pin code that you used earlier. 8. When your pc & mobile has been successfully paired, you can now send and receive photos and music to your phone and vice versa. 9. When you're done, go back to My Bluetooth places, right click the device and select "Unpair Device" 10. Stop/turn off the pc bluetooth device in your system tray.
Good luck and hope this really helps. Let me know if you have further questions. It doesn't work though if my phone initiates the pairing and when pairing to other mobile devices, you have to delete them from your device lists because they won't pair again the next time.

Hi - can anyone help with an MP3 question. I've read a lot of the comments on here about how to get music on my phone - I've bought a bluetooth dongle from ebay, plugged it all in, figured out how to get a song from my pc onto the phone - no probs. Well... ish.... but what next? The song is on my phone under the bluetooth section - but each time I select the song the device disconnects. What's going on? How do I get it in my music file so that I can play it? Can anyone helps. Thanks loads in advance.

all the bad comments on here are not true on my phone, i have had it for 3 months and there is not fault in it anyway what so ever! feel free to email/add me if you have any questions about it! get this phone becasue it is the best ever n i love it1

I see that this is a Dual Band Phone and I was reading on a website where it says that Dual Band will not work in the US. Can anyone confirm whether this is true since I do not live in the US but travel there on business and would need my phone to roam there. And I do LOOOOVE this phone and want to get it!!

In Sep last year i bought this phone, and its been the best phone i've ever had. I cant fault it in anyway at all.
My Samsung D900 arrived today and even though it has better stuff on it i still believe the E530 is better and i'm even considering using the E530 now even though i have a brand new just released phone.

Hey, i got this phone about 6months, reception is a bit crappy and on this new mxit chat application i keep disconnecting which i dont know why, but my phone holds alot of memories thats the only reason it keeps me hanging on to it. Thanks 4 making a compact phone with such gr8 picture quality.

I didn't get a cable with the phone itself - i.e. inside the box with the other included accessories, but the outlet gave me one for free.

I keep hearing people saying that this phone is really crappy in terms of reception and whatnot..
Mine works fine and I have no problems with it..
If you do have a problem with it, it probably isn't the phone, but your service provider.

hey amy, i just read your review.. and with uploading photos.. did you have to buy that usb cable separately? or did it come with the phone.. because I didn't get one..
