Hiya all. LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone. The camera is not fantastic, 1 MP really isn't that great (but i haven't try taking pics with the flash on yet) but this phone is just so beautifully designed in terms of physical design and menu/OS/screen. You won't regret it! It has great reception and sound (for MP3s and ringtones).
anyway, wanted to post bc read some ppl had issues with installing the drivers for USB related functions. the samsung software has a lot of room for improvement. but it does work. go to www.samsung.com and then the relevant webpage for your country/region. click on SUPPORT. select your phone model. download and install ALL the software available. you will get a warning message from windows saying that the software hasn't been tested for windows or something along that line. i haven't had problems so far so i guess it's install at your own peril. i found after installing it still didn't work. don't uninstall. restart your computer. then plug in the the USB cord with the phone on. windows will keep finding new hardware. keep selecting, "i will choose the driver to install myself" - windows comes up with the driver anyway, and so keep clicking on install, despite all the warning messages. after windows stops finding new hardware, start file manager or image editor (which you would have downloaded and installed from the samsung website along with the drivers). you will find that you can download all your photos and manage your phone book/sms/etc. phew, that's it! hope it's readable!

This phone is the best and the most beautiful thing ever. While speaking I hear better than ever now and I am heard better than ever. It has everything I need and even more. The camera is really great, the sound of the mp3 player is just the best (when I use my headset it sounds much better than my real mp3 player, the phone is like I have a surround system in my ears with wuffer and stuff). I have put more than 30 games on the phone now and there is still so much place for more! And the woman's life apps.. Wow! The calculator and the other apss are the best too, so easy to use with the special keys on the screen and so beautiful.. I am really in love with this phone.
P.S. I saw some people complaining about something and I'd like to say - it's not the phone itself, it's the place you bought it from or it's your mobile operator (somebody said he couldn't hear a thing for example). And yes, I can listen to the mp3 player while the phone is closed and yes, I have woman's apps, don't complain about it here (and it is said "- Women’s Life apps (in some firmware versions" anyway)).

Can you send games via bluetooth straight to your phone without having to use any software? i hated having to load software onto my pc just so i could send any games to my d500 when i had it, any help would be great, many thanks

Great fone, except u cant look back to see when sent txts were sent! No date, no time! And no, u cant change text tones or use mp3s for alarm :-(

if you go into file manager and then to music where your songs are saved you then go to options and add to playlist,then you come out of all that and press your up arrow on the key pad,choose a song then close your phone and it will play,hooray!!

i'm not sure whether this phone can play MP3's with it being shut or open as i have read feedbacks that say it can and then others that say it can't. can anybody please tell me if it truly can or isn't able to/ muchly appreciated =)

i have had my phone for over one year now, and to be honest i couldnt ask for more and thats alot coming from a teenager! although this phone appears to be tiny, there is on incredible amount of "button room" un-like some other phones where u have to type with ur finger nails.The screen it large compared to most flip phones and the colour and photo are excillent.I upload my photos to the computer and there just as good quality as a digi cam.The camera is also to way, you can use the camera closed and view yourself on the screen (very good as mirror hehe). This phone has ultimate style all around from the case to menu. Mine is still in excillent condition and i tell you now its had a fair bashing around.

I love this phone however I was just wondering if someone can help me? When I go to send a video to someone via mms it says "unsupported media". How do I rectify this does anyone know? Thanks, Lynsey

i love this phone but...........
it has no loudspeaker, i cant use my mp3 tracks as message alerts and its so quiet when its on the loudest setting.xx

i have had this phone for over a year and am finding it so hard to find an upgrade that matches it,i love my phone and have sent 4 back as they just dont feel or look as good,its a fab girly phone with adaquate camera and good memory,its simply the best phone i have had.
