I was previously looking at the D900 but after hearing so many people complain about the screen cracking, i have decided to look at this phone.
I would like to know a few things:
- Can music be played through the loudspeaker?
- Is the touch pad reliable?
- Has anyone had problems with the screen
and any other reasons i should go/ not go for this phone

How Do all! honestly i wouldnt reccommend getting this phone, it really is a huge dissapointment, the fact you can only play music through the really small playlists is extremely annoying... seems like a waste of a memory card(they cost alot) and the earphones are so uncomfortable they start to really hurt your ears, the batterie is just unacceptable, the slider is already feeling loose after only 1 month, there are a lot more annoying things about the handset, but i must close the shop so untill next time, goodbye, goodnight and goodluck...

i've read most of the comments and i was wondering :
1. Which is better, E900 or D900?
2. What bout the ringing volume? Is it loud enough?
3. Can i turn the keypad tone of without the need to press '#'?
4. Does the skrin cracks easily?
Please help me...i'm still trying to figure out whether to buy samsung D900 or E900

Please HELP !!!. my phone beeps endlessly when the usb cable is attached and when it settles the computer sees the phone sometimes.I cant communicate with my computer properly and it is very annoying.

Have just bought the Samsung WEP200 Bluetooth headset and I'm having real trouble pairing it with my E900 handset!
I checked to make sure it's compatible and it was, anyone have any suggestions at where I might be going wrong!?!

kepad tone can b turn off by going thro dis ...
setting - sound setting - keypad tone - off
most problems can b solved bt u hav to knw more b4 u can discover its powerful function .. haha ...

this phone is using Tf card which can b extend to 1G memory card. suggest to use Sandisk which is more suit to this phone.
if u switch off the indicative tone bt jt hav the annoying sound, then i think its a problem tat u hav to send for repairing.
for the game, u hav to transfer 2 file which is JAR and JAD format to ur phone by using Samsung PCS3 then press *#9998*5282# then choose number 3, password is 235282 then install the JAD file if i aint mistaken. but the file must b less than 300K, cuz this is the limit. if gt any more Q, can search at SAMSUNG web site. enjoy urself with this cool phone. YEAH!!!

anyone know how to get games for this phone?
mine didnt come with a USB cable, so i have to rely on my microSD card to get files over.

This phone looks great but really is pretty annoying. If your into sending loads of texts then don't buy it. The touch sensitive buttons cancel txts and sometimes you have to retype it. you can cancel once its begun sending even tho there is a cancel option. it wont automatically save out going texts you have to request it each time whc is difficult if your a quick texter. the games are all locked. the camera is ok but slow. photo album takes ages to load. the battery life aint great. the screen scratces easily. sand and grit easily screw up the slide mechanism... there is so many small things wrong with this phone whc all amount up to a pile of sh*T. I got this phone for new yrs.. I LOVE IT.. the camera is great but sensitive..the only down side is that you can't take pictures of moving objects cause it will turn out very blurry, it DOES vibrate and ring at the same time, but you have to download PSMplayer.exe (google the program and DL it), and edit sounds to add vibrate to it with this program. The keys are sensitive but recommended for people with small/little fingers like me (This phone is more for ladies)..another thing that bursted my bubble is that you can't put a group of contacts with different sms tones. But you will get used to it.. really.. I'm 100% satisfied..;)

Hi. I previously had samsung e780 and its durable and had no problems. I own now a samsung e900 just to change the form factor of my phone. At first, I was so pleased sliding the phone. : ) But my classmate told me that her samsung sliding phone always have slidling problems. The ribbon, connecting the keypad to the lcd, always break twice!! Are the ribbons of samsung sliding phones generally durable? Is it okay to slide the phone every time? I really love to slide my phone.... :c

Got this phone on contract,and first of all I was very pleased with it. It was attractive, and the screen was clear and sharp. After a day or two the touch sensitive keys made me want to scream. For instance, if you want to send a quick text to a friend then forget this fone. The touch sensitive keys meant that I either accidently cancelled my text or my thumb would catch a button and the internet connection would appear. Attractive but useless, and I have now given the phone to my 13 year old daughter due to frustration.
