Well thats called guarantee i guess :D
Now for the camera, it's blurry because you probably move the phone a bit, the camera is very sensitive and if you want the picture perfect you have to stand still and don't move a bit, also don't take pics of moving objects...
Now for the messages, do not slide the keyboard back in while the messaage is being sent and it will save your message, simply wait for the message to be sent, then slide the keyboard in, simple ;) Hope that helped...

I've had this phone since August this year and after 2 months it managed to freeze constantly-i took it back and got it fixed free of charge!
I love the phone, only problem is the camera is so blurry! And it's meant to be better, took a while to get used to but can't imagine having a different phone.
One thing-does anyone know why it only saves some of your sent messages and misses out the others? I know you have to do 'save and send' but even if i dont it still saves some..

Once again, it's IMPOSSIBLE to turn off the keypad tones, unless you turn off the sound with holding #, so you have to live with it...

i turned off the indicative tones but i still get that annoyin sound wen i press buttons that dont do anythin in the idle mode.
for example, if i press the "end call" button in the main display, it'll make this noise -____- i cant get rid of it!!!

hey i got this phone the other day, i was wondering whats the maximun number of txt sms it can store? also if you get an extra memory card to add on, would this add to the memory of the inbox, or just to the amount of pics/vids you can store? thanks

I used to have this phone, i think it looks beter than it actually is. the Music player software isn't that good, i had a 1GB card in it, the playlists would easily get full up so i couldn't play m,y entire list. on the contrary, the Sony W810 would allow me to continuously all the tracks on my card (that'll be my next phone, plus it looks less fragile). the Touch sensitive buttons take a little getting used to, and the camera isn't as clear as i'd expected when filming. a great feature of it is the security passwords and the phone has a feature where if the SIM is removed, the phone will messages to ppl of your choice with the IMEI Num so u can get the phone blocked incase of robbery. one final thing, when you're playing music using the phones loudspeaker, it has low clarity and some songs'll be louder than others,n the headphones aint comfortable. the handsfree kit looks OLDSKOOL! the indestructable W810 all the way!!!!

Bluetooth will do. Activate the bluetooth of your phone and your laptop, or else buy a bluetooth adaptor for you desktop and activate it. By this u can send files to your phone

to see ur photos in full screen press the volume key up (or zoom) thats the only way to see it 100%

what are u using? xp? (using ur data cable ofcors)if u have a memory card , in "my computer" folder ud see drive G. open it and then when u see the music folder automatically copy paste ur music there.just easy as dat.if u have mor questions dnt hesitate to ask.

when you are on a call press the middle button to use your handsfree then press unlock....ok

just wondering the D900 can not be dropped or bumped because the screen crack easily.. is it the same with the E900 or is it stronger?
