I bought the phone a few hours ago and I can tell you that whoever said that those touchsensitive keys are bad they are out of their mind. My fingers are fat and big and I am right handed and it took me about 15 minutes to get used to them and now I love them ! The phone is just awesome. I just plugged the SD card and it took me about 5 minutes and I was listening to my MP3s already. I personally love the feature that the phone is active while charging since I can see the status of the charging at all times and don't need to press a button to lit up the screen. I came from a nokia 6101 which is very basic phone and right now I am in heaven with this sexy stylish phone. Totally recommended.

Has anyone tried using a 1 gb micro sd card with the phone? Want to get a card but not sure if the phone supports cards with that much memory. Thx
yeh i got 1 it works liek a charm u get 1 and u will wonder hw u coped with out it!!

9. i LOVE the little plugs at the bottome where you plug stuff in

Had this phone for about 2 weeks. Plusses? Plenty! Razor sharp screen, ultra cool menus, sleek style unlike my old trusty K700, novelty touch pad, good camera! Minusses? Dissappointing call sound quality (such a basic thing!) and really crummy spitty mp3 player. Other than those 2 (possibly) infuriating glitches it's still a good buy

Have had my E900 for about a month now, having upgraded from a SE k750i, and all I can say is WOW!! A very crisp screen is evident in this phone, as is a fantastic camera and mp3 player. However, the main thing that this phone has going for it is it's size, it's tiny compared with other phones in the same technical class and this is a huge plus that can't be over-estimated!

i have just got the e900 and i love it!! i have had it about a week now and it did'nt take long for me to get used to it. it has a lot of the same stuff on it similar to my old phone but is more developed (my old fone was the little purple and silver samsung flip phone don't no what its called) i recomend you to get this fone =)

Does anyone know if this phone iss compatible with a 1 gb sandisk Ultra II card? I hear it works with 1gb cards but I'm not sure about the Ultra IIs.

I have just got the Samsung E900 (after much deliberation) and what can I say IT'S GREAT!!!
It looks amazing, is simple to use and I love it to all those out there giving it bad reviews because of the heat sensitive buttons get a life ok it takes a bit of getting used to but it is by no means "over sensitive" or "annoying" this is a great phone and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering getting it (plus it's 10 times better than the kg800!!)

Hi, I saw the review of "D"900. And it has the neet animated wallpaper. i just wanna ask whoever possessing this beautiful phone whethere or not this "E"900 also has such an animated wallpaper.
Does it have such a need animated wallpaper like D 900??

it is a brilliant phone has got everything you need there is nothing wrong with it the key pad is so cool the way it lights up my mate has got one and he is so happy with hes its BRILLIANT you shoul buy one and the camera is wicked

Hi all
I can't understand why the same questions keep popping up.....
If you all scroll you will see that most of your questions have been answered....
1 you can't set any other tone for sms msgs only what is preset in the phone
2 someone has posted you can use a 1gb memory card in it (although must admit i haven't tried it)
Please guys read all the comments as most of the questions have been answered somewhere... as for this phone i love it now i'm used to it :)

as far as i tried, musics(mp3) can only be set as either ringtone or caller ringtone..so, how, if possible, to add tones as sms tone? perhaps the option is available for sound of other format?

Yes the key pad does light up - you can set it not to as well and also the length of time it stays lit.
However, of the front facia controls, only the top and lower 2 touch pad keys are lit. The middle two are not and refer to the rocker positions of the central navigation switch.
