This phone will not go real '4G' speed which is 100mbps on a mobile network and 1gbps on a fixed network. Sprint has not reached 100mbps yet. Basically it's 3.75G.

night mode doesn't work. it brightens a picture a little but ....it makes the picture all blurry. how can you love it . Take a picture with flash and it will be crystal clear .

I'm hoping that samsung 4g epic will be release here in the philippines ASAP!..and also here in Brunei Darusallam..we love this phone!!!..i'm hoping the makers of this unit will do a lot more so that i can have 1 too.i'm a samsung fan now and forever......

all you people from euro who want this phone.... You know they are going to give you guys a better phone than anything we have in the usa. They always do .... This is the first phone that is good for the usa. The EVO is a terrible phone. The evo has a very poor battery life 12 hours with moderate use and it doesn't even record HD . They completely lied about the HD it records standard video in 720. The galaxy s and iphone crushes the evo in my book. BUT this epic 4g is the real deal. Its a real PDA for the USA.

This phone will be the best phone in the world when it comes out. 4g is the quickest band width out now. Up to 10x faster than 3g Front facing camera for video conferencing, wireless tether for up to 5 devices simutaneously. need I say more. And plus its on the best cellular netork in the US. you guy in other contries may wanna move to the US when this drops. the original galaxy s is a waste compared to this platinum phone.

This phone has everything the american galaxy s lacks. a qwerty keyboard,a front facing camera,and a FLASH. i guess the phone is better without built in memory because if you drop it your built in memory could malfunction. I think im sold and im rolling with sprint for the next two years Unless this phone is over $200.

Yeah they figured out people need flash with a camera or the pictures will be blurry. I was gonna get the vibrant but the no flash stopped me in my tracks.

let's hope this Samsung Epic 4G support R-UIM and Samsung would be kind enough to bring this phone to Indonesia.
coz, i desperately need a new phone to replace my good old Nokia 6275i.
don't get me wrong, 6275i is a nice phone, but it's aging, it can't do multitasking, and it's not smartphone...
btw, what does a CDMA phone do in GSM Arena anyway?

i thought this is a GSM Arena, not cdma arena!
