One other question please. I cannot see who is calling me. There name does not show up on the screen. The screen shows the time, but not the name.
Anyone know what has happened here.

Sarah,u can turn delivery reports off..just go to messages,settings,text messages,sending options,and there u can turn the request delivery report off. Awsum phone btw,had mine 4 2years now,and no problems so far,dropped it twice off an 4storey biulding and it still survives

I got this phone about 13 months ago on a carrier plan with internet access included. Its a good phone, no frills, the only setback was when I had to send it away for an software upgrade. Recommend it

No matter what you do, do NOT buy this phone.
There is tons of errors and lacks.
Never has a phone had this bad a batteri charge, while still not even being able to run the annoying and ugly system without lagging :/
