i cannot use the pocket internet, im using GLOBE as my network & i installed the settings on how to activate the mobile internet but was failed to do so. pls help.

I hav problem in activating pocket internet in my samsung galaxy 551. I use aircel network. I installed the initial settings from 121. Then also internet is not getting activated :(
